Claims (9)

  1. 유전자 조작에 의해 수득된, 짧은 N-말단 연장 서열을 갖는 전구체를 아미노펩티다제 P로 효소 절단 시킴을 특징으로하여, N-말단 프롤린으로 출발하는 단백질을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 짧은 N-말단 연장 서열이 메티오난 잔기를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 사용된 출발물질이, 일부만이 N 말단에 메티오닌 잔기를 갖는 단백질의 혼합물인 방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 사용된 출발물질이, 일부만이 N 말단에 메티오닌 잔기를 갖는 단백질의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 프롤린으로 출발하고 N-말단 연장 서열을 갖는 인간 과립구 대식세포 콜로니-자극인자 유도체를 사용한 방법.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 프롤린으로 출발하고 N-말단 연장 서열을 갖는 인간과립구 대식세포 콜로니- 자극인자 유도체를 사용한 방법.
