Abstract

The electrocoagulator comprises an actuating element (1) configured as two electrodes (4, 5) which are separated one from the other by a liner (3) made of an insulating material. The actuating element (1) is mounted on a holder (12) and is rotated by a drive (13). The liner (3) is orientated parallel to a longitudinal axis of the actuating element (1).
