Claims (4)
- 실질적으로 구면 삼각형 모양의 지형을 가지는 카바 지역(Z)의 중앙의 지상 위치에 있으며, 통신망과 연결되고, 수직으로 위치하는 안테나(10)를 가지는 적어도 1개 이상의 중앙 스테이션(SC) ; 동일한 특성과 지상의 동일한 트레이스를 가지는 타원형 궤도를 가지지만(n는 인공위성의 숫자임)로 교체되는 숭교점이 경도를 가지며, 인공위성이 상기 지상의 카바 영역의 위를 통과하는 동안의 완전한 시간을 위하여 상기 지상 중앙 스테이션(SC)쪽으로 상기 안테나들을 위치시키기 위한 수단과 안테나(11)(12)에 연결된 송/수신 수단(4)을 가지는 적어도 2개 이상의 정지 위성들(S-A)(S-B)과 ; 수직으로 위치한 고이득의 안테나(14)가 장착된 가동체(M)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 위성을 이용하는 기동체를 가지는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통신 시스템은 180°로 교체되는 숭교점의 경도를 가지는 2개의 위성들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 위성을 이용하는 가동체를 가지는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 위성은 북-남쪽으로 위치한 한측과 동력휠을 가지며, 삼각형적으로 안정된 형태를 취하며, 안테나에 경도 시계와 위도 시계를 주기 위하여 동력 전달에 의해 동작하는 안테나를 정하는 수단을 가져 수신된 재생음의 명료도를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 위성을 이용하는 기동체를 가지는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지상의 중앙 영역은 위성중의 한 위성이 상기 카바 영역에 진입할 때에는 위성의 전송/수신 수단의 동작을 원격적으로 제어하고, 상기 카바 영역에서 탈출할때에는 동작하지 않도록 하는 수단을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 위성을 이용하는 가동체를 가지는 통신 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
