Claims (1)

  1. 기본적으로 산화 아연으로 구성되고, 산화 비스무스, 산화 안티몬, 산화 규소 및 그 혼합물을 첨가제로서 함유하며, 산화 비스무스의 적어도 2개상의 α형 및 γ형 결정상을 포함하고, α형 결정상의 양과 γ형 결정상의 양의 정량비 α/γ가 0.1-0.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 비선형 저항기.
