Claims (23)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 :
    상기식에서 R은 C1-C5알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬 또는 (C2-C6시클로알킬)-C1-C3알킬이고 ; A는 하기 기중 어느 하나이다 :
    여기서, X는 수소, C1-C4알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-C4알콕시, 1-9의 할로겐 원자를 갖는 C1-C4할로알콕시, 메틸티오, 디메틸아미노 또는 메틸이고, Y1및 Y2중 하나는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐, 메틸 또는 펜옥시이고 나머지 하나는 수소이고, Z1, Z2및 Z3중 2이상을 서로 독립적으로 할로겐 또는 메틸이고, 나머지 하나는 수소이고, Q는 염소이거나, 또는 R이 메틸이 아닌 경우 수소이고, 단, 1-메틸-3-티오벤조일-티오우레아 및 1-n-부틸-3-티오벤조일티오우레아는 예외임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 C1-C4알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬이고, A가 하기 기중 어느 하나인 일반식(I)의 화합물 :
    여기서, X는 수소, C1-C4알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, 메톡시, 메틸티오 또는 디메틸아미노이고, Y1및 Y2중 하나는 할로겐이고, 나머지 하나는 수소이고, Z1, Z2및 Z3중 2이상은 할로겐이고, 나머지 하나는 수소이다.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 할로겐 불소, 염소 또는 브롬인 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R이 C1-C4알킬이고, A가 하기 기중 어느 하나인 화합물.
    여기서, X는 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 메톡시이고, Y1및 Y2중 어느 하나는 불소, 염소 또는 브롬이고, 나머지 하나는 수소이고, Z1은 불소 또는 염소이고, Z2및 Z3중 하나는 불소 또는 염소이고, 나머지 하나는 수소이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, A가 4-플루오로페닐, 4-클로로페닐, 4-브로모페닐 또는 2,6-디클로로페닐인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R이 메틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R이 시클로프로필인 일반식(I)의 화합물.

  19. 적당한 담체 및/또는 기타 보조제와 함께 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나에 따른 화합물을 황성 성분으로서 함유하는 살충제 조성물.
  20. 동물 및 식물의 내외에서 아카리나목의 대표적인 것과 해충을 방제하기 위한 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나에 따른 화하물의 용도.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 식물 파괴성 곤충과 아카리나목의 대표예를 방제하기 위한 용도.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 식물 파과성 거미 진드기(spider mite)를 방제하기 위한 용도.
  23. 여러 성장 단계의 해충 또는 그들의 서식지가 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나에 따른 일반식(I) 화합물의 살충 유효량, 또는 보조재 및 담체와 함께 상기 화합물의 살충 유효량을 함유하는 조성물로 처리 또는 접촉됨으로써 아카리나목의 대표예와 해충을 방제하는 방법.
