제5도는 패턴형성경로를 따라서 높이 검출위치가 이동하는 상태를 도시한 평면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 묘화해야할 면을 가진 기판을 설치하는 테이블과 토출구로부터 묘화면에 페이스트를 토출하는데 테이블에 대해서 수평방향으로 상대아동 가능하고 또한 높이 방향으로 위치 조정가능한 토출노즐과, 토출노즐에 대해서 축심방향으로 상대이동 가능하고 또한 토출노즐이 주위를 회전가능한 회전체와 회전체에 설치되고 묘화면의 위치를 검출하는 제1의 위치검출기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전체의 토출노즐근처위치에 상기 제1의 위치검출기로부터 묘화면의 토출구 근처위치에 이르는 광로를 형성하는 광반사면을 찰설한 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 토출노즐의 높이위치를 검출하는 제2의 위치검출기를 착설한 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 테이블위에 높이위치가 주어지고 또한 아래쪽으로 변위가능한 측정 스테이지를 착설한 것을 묘화장치.
