Description
제 1 도는 본 발명의 친화성 크로마토그래피를 위한 담체들의 활성화가 몇가지 종류의 프로테아제의 반복처리로 낮아지는 관계를 도시한 것이다.
제 2 도는 불용성 담체상에 고정된 항체의 활성화 및 활성화된 PEG의 몰비의 변화가 프로나제의 반복처리로 낮아지는 관계를 도시한 것이다
Claims (10)
- 불용성 담체, 및 활성화된 폴리에틸렌글리콜에 의해 변형되어 불용성 담체상에 고정화된 항체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 친화성 크로마토그래피를 위한 담체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 활성화된 폴리에틸렌글리콜이 메톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜과 시아노르산 클로라이드의 축합 물질인 담체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 변형된 항체를, 메톡시 폴리에틸렌글리콜과 시아누르산 클로라이드를 반응시켜 수득된 활성화된 폴리에틸렌글리콜에 항체를 가함으로써 수득하는 담체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 항체가 폴리클로날 항체 또는 모노클로날 항체인 담체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 담체상에 고정화된 항체를, 할로겐과 시안산, 에피클로로하이드린, 비스에폭사이드 및 하이드라지드 유도체의 방법들로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법에 의해 수득하는 담체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 셀룰로즈, 덱스트란, 아가로즈,폴리아크릴아미드 및 다공성 유리로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 담체.
- 활성화된 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)-변형된 항체를 고정시킨 담체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 활성화된 폴리에틸렌글리콜-변형된 항체를 제조하고, 수득된 항체를 담체상에 고정화시킴을 특징으로하는, 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 항체가 미리 항원으로 차단된 제조방법.
- 활성화된 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)-변형된 항체를 고정화시킨 담체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 항체를 담체상에 고정시키고 고정화된 항체를 활성화된 PEG로 변형시킴을 특징으로 하는, 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 항체가 미리 항원으로 차단된 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
