제2도는 본 발명의 실시예로서, 공급 튜브/볼러스(bolus)/Y-켄넥터 조립체의 부분 종단면도를 갖는 확대 정면도.
제3도는 식도, 위 및 소장내에 각각 위치한 3개의 전극수단을 갖는 코-카테테르 배열의 개략도.

Claims (10)

  1. 말단부에 영양소 출구 수단틀 갖고, 상기 영양소 출구 수단의 위치와 환자의 위장관의 여러 가지 부위의 기능 변화를 결정하기 위해 상기 영양소 출구 수단에 인접해 있는 장치를 갖는 공급 튜브 시스템에 있어서, 상기 장치가, 위장관의 주위 부위에 의해 발생된 마이오일렉트릭 시그널을 검출하기 위해 상기 말단부에 제공된 수단과, 상기 시그널의 주절수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 공급 튜브 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단은, 상기 말단부의 이격부 둘레에 감기고, 상기 공급 튜브를 통해 조절수단으로 연장되는 리드를 갖는 1개 이상의 와이어 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급 튜브 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 전극이 금 와이어로 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 공급 튜브 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 전극이 온 와이어로 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 공급 튜브 시스템.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 전극이 백금 와이어로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공급 튜브 시스템.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 전극이 은-염화은 와이어로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공급 튜브 시스템.
  7. 말단부에 볼러스를 갖고, 환자의 위장관의 여러 가지 부위에서 상기 볼러스의 위치를 결정하는 장치를 갖는 공급 튜브 시스템에 있어서, 상기 장치가, 위장관의 주위 구역에 의해 발생된 마이오일렉트릭 시그널을 검출하기 위해 상기 볼러스에 제공된 전극 수단과, 환자의 위장관내에서 상기 볼러스의 위치를 결정하기 위해 상기 시그널을 조절하는 조절 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 공급 튜브 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전류 수단은, 상기 볼러스의 이격부 둘레에 감기고, 상기 공급 튜브를 통해 조절 수단으로 연장되는 리드를 갖는 1개 또는 그 이상의 와이어 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 공급 튜브시스템.
  9. 말단부에 볼러스를 인접 단부에 Y-컨넥터를 갖고, 환자 위장관의 여러 가지 부위의 기능 변화를 결정하는 장치를 갖는 공급 튜브 시스템에 있어서, 상기 장치가, 위장관의 주위 구역에 의해 발생된 마이오일렉트릭 시그널을 검출하는 상기 볼러스에 제공된 전극수단, 영양소를 상기 공급튜브와 상기 볼러스를 통해 환자에게 제공하기 위한 Y-컨넥터에 연결된 공급 시스템과, 상기 시그널을 조절하고 상기 공급 시스템을 선택 조절하는 조절 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 공급 튜브 시스템.
  10. 식도, 위 및 소장등과 같이 위장관의 여러 가지 부위에서 발생되는 마이오일렉트릭 시그널을 검출 및 조절하는 장치와 코-장내 공급 튜브의 컴지네이션에 있어서, 상기 장비가, 식도, 위 및 소장내에서 발생된 마이오일렉트릭 시그널을 검출하기 위해 상기 인체 기관내에 배칠된 상기 공급 튜브에 제공된 다수의 전극 수단과 상기 시그널의 조절 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 컴비네이션.
