Claims (4)
- 胃圧軽減システム(110,210)であって、
投与チューブ(142,242,342)に接続された投与容器(146,246,346)と、
リリーフチューブ(145,245,345)と、
前記投与チューブ及び前記リリーフチューブにそれぞれ流体連通している送達チューブ(144,244,344)と、
前記リリーフチューブに接続された第1のアーム、前記送達チューブに接続された第2のアーム、及び前記投与チューブに接続された第3のアームを有する多方向コネクタ(120,220,320)と、
前記リリーフチューブに流体連通し、ガスを両方向に通過させるように構成されたベント部(114,814)を含み、前記ベント部は、上部メンブレン及び側部メンブレンを含み、患者の胃から前記リリーフチューブを経て逆流流体を回収するように構成されており、かつ前記患者の胃から受け入れた逆流流体の容積を表すように構成された容積表示部(610,620,630)を含む、回収リザーバ(112,212,312)と、
前記リリーフチューブ(145,245,345)内の流れを、前記多方向コネクタ及び前記回収リザーバ間において前記流れが阻止される状態、部分的に許容される状態、及び完全に許容される状態からなる3つの流れの状態の群から選択された1つであるように、選択的にかつ可変的に調節するように適合された流量調節器(122,222,322)と、
前記回収リザーバ(312)に結合されかつ該回収リザーバの1若しくは複数の特性を検知するように構成された検知器(319)とを含み、
前記流量調節器(322)が、前記多方向コネクタ(320)及び前記回収リザーバ(312)間の流体の流れを制御するために前記検知器(319)に結合されており、
前記流量調節器(322)が、前記検知器(319)からの測定データに基づき前記リリーフチューブ(345)を通る流体の流れを、前記3つの前記流れの状態のなかの1つであるように選択することによって、選択的にかつ調節可能に制限するように構成されていることを特徴とする胃圧軽減システム。 - 前記多方向コネクタ(120,220,320)がYコネクタ(120,220)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の胃圧軽減システム。
- 前記流量調節器(122,222,322)が、ローラークランプ(222)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の胃圧軽減システム。
- 前記検知器(319)が、吊下げ秤または重量ロードセルのいずれかを含み、さらに、
前記流量調節器(322)が、前記検知器(319)と通信するデジタルコントローラ(329)をさらに含み、
前記流量調節器(322)が、前記リリーフチューブ(345)に圧力を印加するように構成された調節可能なクランプを含み、
前記リリーフチューブに印加される圧力の量が、前記検知器(319)からの測定データに基づくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の胃圧軽減システム。
