제2도는 제1도의 호오스를 반경방향으로 늘인 상태의 단면도.
제3도는 제2도의 호오스를 축방향에 수직되게 절단해서 펼쳤을때 만들어지는 신축성밴드의 개략 사시도.
제4도는 그루우브를 갖춘 축방향 비이드부위의 단면도.
제5도는 제4도에서 비이드에 언더컷부위가 형성된 비이드부위의 단면도.
Claims (16)
- 신축될 수 있게 가교결합성 플래스틱재료로 만들어진 호오스(1)를 열을 가열하면서 축방향 또는 반경방향으로 늘인 다음 축방향으로 절단해서 펼처 신축성밴드(6,6A)를 만드는 단계와, 상기 신축성 밴드(6,6A)를 결속시키고자 하는 제품(18)의 일정부위 둘레에 일정길이로 감아 지지시키는 단계, 상기 제품(18)둘레에 감겨진 신축성밴드(6,6A)를 가열하여 제품(18) 표면 및 둘레에 긴밀히 수축되도록 해서 수축되어 상호 접촉시켜진 밴드(6,6A)의 양끝부위를 압력 및 열을 가하여 접합시키는 단계로 구성된 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축된 밴드(6,6A)가 냉각시켜졌을때 이들 밴드(6,6A)가 상호 접합시켜진 양끝 부위를 잘라 제품(18)둘레에 둘러싸여 수축되어져 있는 밴드(6,6A)를 표면이 매끄러운 덮개튜우브형상이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교결합성 플래스틱재질로 만들어져 반경방향으로 늘여진 신축성호오스(1)의 외부표면에 축방향으로 뻗은 비이드(2)부분을 축방향으로 절단해서 펼쳐 신축성밴드(6A)를 만들도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다반 결속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이드(2)를 갖추지 않은 매끄러운 표면을 갖는 가교결합성 플래스틱재질로 만들어진 호오스(1)를 축방향으로 늘인 다음, 이 호오스(1)를 축방향으로 절단해서 펼침으로써 신축성밴드(6)를 만들도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비이드(2)에 그 길이방향으로 뻗은 그루우브(3)가 갖춰진 호오스(1)를 사용하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비이드(2)에 그 길이방향으로 뻗은 언더컷부위(4)가 갖춰진 호오스(1)를 사용하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비이드(2)가 호오스(1)의 나머지부위의 재질과는 다른 폴리머로 만들면서 그 결정용융점이 호오스(1)의 나머지부위재질의 결정용융점보다 높은 것을 쓰도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신축성밴드(6,6A)의 한쪽표면에 고온용융접착제층(7)이 코우팅시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발의 결속방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비이드(2)를 잘라 펼처 그 표면에다 고온용융접착제층(7A,7B)을 코우팅시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고온융용접착체층(7,7A,7B)에 신축성밴드(6,6A)의 결정용융점보다는 현저히 낮고 예상되는 결속작업온도보다는 현저히 높은 용융점을 갖는 재질을 사용하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신축성밴드(6)를 저장롤(5)로 부터 풀어 공급로울러(14)로써 작업위치로 연속적으로 이송시켜 주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 공급로울러(14)를 지나온 상기 신축성밴드(6)가 체결 및 절단작업을 위해 결속작업 위치에 갖춰진 체결수단으로 이송되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 체결 및 절단작업용 체결수단에 회동부재(10,11)가 갖춰져 제1작업위치에서 상기 신축성밴드(6)를 수축상태로 지지해주고 다음 작업위치에서 절단하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속방법.
- 결속시키고자 하는 제품(18)의 일정부위 둘레에 신축성밴드(6,6A)를 감아 안내해주는 안내수단과, 이제품(18)둘레에 감겨진 신축성밴드(6,6A)의 양끝부위를 물어지지해주는 회동부재(10,11), 상기 신축성밴드(6,6A)의 양끝부위를 서로 압착해 주도록 된 수단, 비이드부위(2a,2b)의 양끝을 절단해 주는 절단수단 및, 상기 신축성 밴드(6,6A)를 작업온도로 가열해 주는 체임버부재(19,20)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 신축성밴드(6)를 저장상태로 부터 연속적으로 풀어주는 저장롤(5)과, 이 신축성밴드(6)를 결속시키고자 하는 제품(18)둘레까지 이송시켜주는 공급로울러(14)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발 결속장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 신축성밴드(6A)의 비이드부위(2a,2b)를 물어 서로 압착해서 절단해주는 2개의 회동부재(10,11)를 갖춰 이들이 서로 상대적으로 움직이도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블다발의 결속장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
