Claims (10)
- 슬릿에서 종료되는 분사노즐이 열분해 특히 뜨거운 기판과의 접촉으로 코팅층을 형성하는 분말산물과 혼합된 가스흐름을 분사하는 방법으로 유리질 밴드와 같은 기판을 코팅하는 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 차가운 가스의 유속, 일반적으로는 가열되지 않은 가스가 분말의 제트류 및 노즐에서 나오는 가스 혼합물에 접근되도록 하고 노즐에서 나오는 제트류 외측의 분말 산물과 기판에 포착되지 않은 분말산물은 직접 흡수되어 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 흡입레벨이 구비되고 그 모든 흡입레벨이 기판의 표면에 근접하여 작용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기판에 의해 순간적으로 포착되지 않고 노즐에서 나오는 제트류 외측의 분말산물의 직접적인 순환이 촉진되고 보티스의 형성이 노즐 노즈 근방에서 디플랙터를 배열함으로써 예방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 상기항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층이 노즐에서 나오는 제트류의 부분을 이루는 분말산물로 기판에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 상기항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 뜨거운 가스가 코팅영역 주위에, 기판 레벨로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 슬릿에서 종료되고 유리질 기판위로 분말산물과 가스를 분출하는 분사노즐과 뜨거운 가스용의 블로잉 파이프에 의해 플랭크된 흡입수단으로 구성된 코팅 챔버에 있어서, 코팅 챔버는 노즐(2)의 분사 슬릿(4)의 한쪽에 차가운 가스용의 급송부(8), 노즐(2)과 기판(3)근방에, 기판(3)에 의해 포착되지 않은 분말산물을 직접 흡입 제거시키는 방법으로 배열된 흡입수단(7)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 코팅 챔버는 전 길이를 통하여 인접하게 분사슬릿(2)에 평행하게 배열된 원통바아와 같은 디플랙터(14)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 챔버.
- 제6 또는 제7항에 있어서, 코팅 챔버는 노즐의 한쪽에, 노즐(2) 노즈의 양쪽과 기판(3)의 표면에 인접하고, 기판(3)에 의해 포착되지 않은 분말산물을 흡입 제거시키는 하나의 흡입 체스트(10)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 챔버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 흡입 체스트는, 기판에 대하여 약간의 경사를 갖고 노즐에 보다 인접한 쪽에서 기판에 더 인접하며, 흡입이 일어나는 구멍(11)에 의해 천공된 입구벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 챔버.
- 제8항 또는 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두개의 흡입 체스트(10 내지 13)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 챔버.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
