Claims (10)

  1. 채취 튜브보다 더 큰 튜브로부터 돌출된 단면의 직경을 갖고 상기 튜브의 모서리상에 부분적으로 장착된 숄더를 형성하는 캠을 샘플링 튜브(37)를 미끄럼 이동시킬 수 있으며, 바늘 장착부(22)를 가진, 베이스(16)에 의해 한쪽 단부가 폐쇄된 속이빈 장칙 튜부(10)를 포함하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치에 있어서, 상기 장착 튜브(10)는, 샘플링 튜브의 캡(44)이 미끄럼 이동되는 헤드(12)와 장착 튜브를 안내하는 몸체(14)와, 상기 헤드와 몸체의 연결부위에 형성된 파괴점(35)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파괴점을 포함하는 상기 연결부에 근접해 놓여 있는 유지장치(36)를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유지 장치(36), 상기 캡이 헤드(12)를 향하여 몸체(14)내로 삽입될 때 상기 캡의 통과를 도와주는 제1장치와, 헤드(12)로부터 몸체(14)를 향하여 철수되는 상기 캡을 방지하는 제2장치를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1장치는 챔퍼(33)이고 상기 제2장치는 숄더(32)인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  5. 전항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유지 장치는 상기 캡(44)의 숄더(50)와 상기 장착 튜브(14)의 내부벽의 결합이 계속되게 하는 스터드(36)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  6. 전항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기헤드(12)는 상기 벽내에 길이방향의 슬롯을 한개 이상 포함하는 원통형이고, 따라서 상기 몸체(14)는 원뿔형 트렁크 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  7. 전항들중 어느 한항에 있어서 샘플링 튜브(37)내는 진공인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  8. 전항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 샘플링 튜브의 캡(44)과 헤드의 베이스 사이에 있는 장착 튜브의 상기 헤드(12)는, 유지 장치와 접촉된 캡을 후방으로 이송시키는 수축 장치가 이속에 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  9. 전항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기바늘 장착부(22)는 바늘을 제동하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제동 수단은 바늘이 놓인 방향으로 있는 챔퍼와 이와 대향방향으로 있는 유지 숄더가 있는 탄력성 핑거(15)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액체 샘플링 장치.
