Claims (12)

  1. a) 하기 일반식(1)의 필수적으로 2치환된 디페놀로부터 유도된 적어도 1단위
    (상기식중, X1및 X2는 같거나 서로 다르며 할로겐원자, 1~6 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 7이상의 탄소원자, 바람직하게는 7~15탄소원자를 갖는 아르알킬기, 또는 6~12탄소원자를 갖는 시클로알킬기를 나타낸다.) b) 하기 일반식(2)의 비카르복실산으로 부터 유도된 적어도 1단위
    HOOC-R1-COOH
    (상기식중, R1은 할로겐 또는 저급알킬기와 같이 반응 조건하에 불활성인 기에 의해 임의로 치환된 6~18탄소원자를 갖는 단일, 이중 또는 축합된 아릴기 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타낸다.) c) 임의로 하기 일반식(3)의 히드록실산으로 부터 유도된 적어도 1단위
    HO-AR1-(CH=CH)-COOH
    (상기식중, Ar1은 할로겐 또는 저급알킬기와 같이 반응조건하에 불활성인 기에 의해 임으로 치환된 6~18탄소원자를 갖는 단일, 이중 또는 축합아릴기를 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1이다.) d) 임으로 하기 일반식(4)의 디페놀로 부터 유도된 적어도 1단위
    HO-Ar2-OH
    (상기식중, Ar2는 적어도 하나의기 X1또는 X2에 의해 임의 치환된 6~18탄소원자를 갖는 단일 또는 축합 아릴기를 나타낸다) 및 e) 임으로 하기 일반식(5)의 디페놀로 부터 유도된 적어도 1단위
    (상기식중, Y1및 Y2는 같거나 서로 다르며 수소원자 또는 6~12탄소원자를 갖는 아릴기를 나타낸다)를 함유한 열호변성 액정 방향족 폴리에스테르류.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a)의 디페놀이 상응하는 1치환 유도체와의 혼합물에 포함되는 폴리에스테르류.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 1치환된 유도체가 50몰 %이하의 양으로 혼합물에 포함되는 폴리에스테르류.
  4. 제1~3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 일반식(2),(3) 및 (4)의 화합물중 적어도 90몰 %가 실제적으로 공축 또는 평행 방향에서 중합체 사슬을 형성하기 위한 2개의 작용기를 갖는 폴리에스테르류.
  5. 제1~4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(1)의 디페놀3,3′-디클로로-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐, 3,3′-디브로모-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐, 3,3′-디메틸-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐, 3,3′-디에틸-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐, 3,3′-디-t-부틸-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐, 3,3′-디시클로헥실-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐, 3,3′-디페닐에틸-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐 또는 3,3′-디-(1-메틸-1-페닐에틸)-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐인 폴리에스테르류.
  6. 제1~5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 일반식(2)의 비카르복실방향족산이 테레프탈산, 클로로, 브로모-테레프탈산, 데틸테레프탈산, 1,4′-나프탈렌비카르복실산, 1,5-나프탈렌비카르복실산, 2,6-나프탈렌 비카르복실산, 4,4′-디페닐비카르복실산, 3,3′-디브로모-4,4′-′-디페닐비카르복실산 또는 4,4′-스틸벤 비카르복실산인 폴리에스테르류.
  7. 제1~6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 일반식(3)의 히드록시산이 p-히드록시벤조산, 3-클로로-4-히드록시벤조산, 3-브로모-4-히드록시벤조산, 3,5-디크로로-4-히드록시벤조산, 3-메틸-4-히드록시벤조산, 3-t-부틸-4-히드록시벤조산, 4-히드록시-1-나프토산, 6-히드록시-2-나프토산, p-(4-히드록시페닐)벤조산 또는 p-히드록시 신남산인 폴리에스테르류.
  8. 제1~7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(4)의 방향족 디올이 히드로퀴논, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 t-부틸히드로퀴논, 페닐히드로퀴논, (1-페닐에틸)히드로퀴논, 2,5-비스(페닐에틸)히드로퀴논, 2-(알파-페닐이소프로필)히드로퀴논, 2,5-비스-(알파-페닐이소프로필)히드로퀴논, 시클로헥실 히드로퀴논 또는 2,6-디히드록시 나프탈렌인 폴리에스테르류.
  9. 제1~8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 일반식(5)의 디페놀이 4,4′-디히드록시디페닐, 3,3′-디페닐-4,4′-디히드록시디페닐 또는 페닐-4,4′-디히드록시페닐인 폴리에스테르류.
  10. 제1~9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (d) 및 (e)의 페놀로 부터 유도된 단위와 (a)의 디페놀로 부터 유도된 단위의 몰비 d/a 및 e/a가 0 내지 1이며, (c)의 히드록시산으로 부터 유도된 단위와 (b)의 산으로 부터 유도된 단위의 몰비 c:b가 0 내지 4인 폴리에스테르류.
  11. 제1~10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 트리플루오로 아세트산과 메틸렌클로라이드의 1:1혼합물중, 30℃의 온도 및 2.5g/l의 농도에서 측정할때의 고유 점도가 0.3 내지 4㎗/g이고, 용융온도가 200 내지 400℃인 폴리에스테르류.
  12. 섬유, 필름, 사출 또는 압출 성형품 또는 섬유 또는 무기 충전제를 함유하거나 다른 중합체와의 혼합물인 복합재료용 매트릭스를 수득하기 위한 제1~11항중 어느 한항에의 폴리에스테르류의 용도.
