Claims (1)
- 다음 공정순으로 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 철 세정 폐산액으로 부터 자성체를 제조하는 방법, 제1공정 : 철 세정 폐산액의 산성분에 따라 염산 또는 황산중의 어느 하나를 +2가 금속이온과 혼합된 용액에 전기한 폐산액을 혼합하여 혼합물 A를 만들고, 여기에 NaOH, Na2Co3로 혼합된 화합물 B를 투입 반응시키는 공정. 제2공정 : 반응침전물을 50℃로 가온하면서 H2O2를 투입하고, 급격히 산화시켜 침전물중의 Fe(OH)2를 б-FeOOH로 변화시키는 중간 생성물 공정. 제3공정 : 중간 생성물을 세척, 여과하고 분말상으로 건조시킨 후 800-900℃로 1시간 하소시키고 노냉하는 공정. 제4공정 : 중간 생성물을 파쇄하여 적당한 입도로 분말화 한 다음, 1100-1200℃로 1시간 30분간 소결하는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
