Claims (6)
- 내연기관의 배기가스 라인을 흡입라인에 연결하는 배기가스 재순환 라인에 배열되며 제어 매체에 의해 작동되는 배기가스 재순환 밸브를 구비하며, 또한 제어 매체용으로써 보조 전동기를 갖는 방향제어 밸브와, 유압식 제어압력이 최소의 하중 및 속도를 나타내는 특성선도의 영역에 적합한 연료분사 장치와, 유압식 제어압력이 보조 전동기의 조종된 가변성을 형성하도록 처리되며 방향제어 밸브의 보조 전동기를 제어하는 장치를 구비하는 내연기관용 배기가스 재순환 장치에 있어서, 방향제어 밸브(48)의 보조 전동기는 수압식으로 작동되고, 유압식 제어압력은 방향제어 밸브(48)를 작동시키도록 직접 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기가스 재순환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 재순환 밸브(51)는 작동되지 않을 때나 폐쇄되는 진공 제어된 밸브로써 설계되고, 진공 공급원(52)으로부터의공기는 제어 매체로써 작용하고, 방향제어 밸브(48)는 유압식 보조 전동기(47)를 갖는 공기식 밸브로써 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기가스 재순환 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유압식 제어압력은 분사장치의 공급개시의 속도 및 하중의존 조정을 위한 장치로부터 취할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기가스 재순환 장치.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 속도를 증가시키고 공급개시를 변경하는 수압과, 최소의 속도 및 하중을 나타내는 특성영역에서 속도 및 하중의 기능으로써 밸브 제어되는 것을 통해 제어된 유체부분의 흐름중단을 허용함에 의한 수압의 하중의존 변경과, 제어 유체의 방출 흐름의 배압 드로틀과, 내연기관의 배기측면을 흡이측면에 연결하는 배기가스 재순환 밸브를 위해 배압을 조정된 다양성으로 변환하는 제어장치를 갖는 연료분사 펌프를 구비하는 배기가스 재순환 장치에서, 압력유지 밸브(46)는 배압을 유지하는 동안에 제어 유체의 흐름을 중단시킴으로써 배압 드로틀(58)에 평행하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기가스 재순환 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 예비응력이 하중의 기능으로 변경될 수 있는 조정스프링(37)의 힘과 대향하는 원심중량(34)에 의해 이동할 수 있으며 제어유체가 제어구멍(43)을 통해 방출채널로 나타나도록 허용하는 조정 슬리브(35)는 하중 및 속도의 기능으로 제어된 밸브로써 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기가스 재순환 장치.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료분사 장치는 분배기 펌프 및 공급개시를 변경하기 위한 목적으로 분사조정 장치를 경유하여 구동축(2)에 대한 회전에 대해 조정가능한 펌핑 및 분배 플런저(1)와 함께 작동하고, 관련 회전은 구동축(2)과 펌핑 및 분배 플런저(1) 사이에 배열된 캠 드라이브(3)에 맞물려 수압식으로 작동되는 분사조정 플런저(22)를 경유하여 이루어지며 흡입공간(8)의 분배기 분사 펌프의 하우징내의 연료압력에 의해 작동되며 그리고 속도의 기능으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기가스 재순환 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
