Claims (13)

  1. 하기의 성분을 포함하고 습식 제지공정에 의해 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 커버링 물질의 지지제로 사용 가능한 종이:셀룰로오즈 섬유, 넌-셀룰로오즈 섬유, 최소한 하나의 침전제, 최소한 하나의 열가소성 파우더, 최소한 하나의 바인더, 선택적으로 충전제, 선택적으로 첨가제. 여기에서, 열가소성 파우더는 입자크기가 25-60㎛이며 종이는 선택적으로 최소한 한쪽면에 열가소성 파우더를 위한 최소한 하나의 가소제를 포함하는 함침층으로 도포 된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 물질들을 포함하는 수성의 조성물을 사용하여 제지공정에 의하여 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 커버링 물질의 지지재로 사용가능한 종이.(여기서 %는 건조된 상태의 중량백분비임) 15° SR-35°SR로 종료된 5-30%의 셀룰로오즈 섬유, 1-16%의 넌-셀룰로오즈 섬유, 평균 입자크기가 25-60㎛인 열가소성 수지의 분말 35-75%, 0.1-3-%의 최소한 하나의 바인더, 0.1-10%의 최소한 하나의 침전제, 선택적으로 0-40%의 최소한 하나의 무기 충전제:상기 성분들의 합은 100%가 되며 그외에 0.1-0.6%의 최소한 하나의 제2 침전제가 헤드박스 직전에서 첨가됨.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 파우더의 평균입자크기가 25-30㎛임을 특징으로 하는 종이
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 넌-셀룰로오즈 섬유가 유리섬유임을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 파우더는 비닐 클로라이드의 함유량이 높은 폴리머 중에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 파우더는 비닐클로라드이 함유량이 높고, 하기의 성분중에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 종이:미리 가공되었고 다시 선택적으로 재싱된 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 비닐클로라이드와 비닐아세테이트의 코폴리머, 비닐클로라이드, 비닐아세테이트, 에틸렌의 테르폴리머.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 파우더는 현탁액(suspension)의 중합반응으로 얻어지고 평균입자크기가 25-50㎛인 폴리비닐 클로라이드 중에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 선택적인 함침증은 하기의 물질들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 종이: 열가소성 파우더를 위한 최소한 하나의 가소제, 열가소성 파우더를 위한 최소한 하나의 안정제, 선택적으로 최소한 하나의 유화제, 선택적으로 최소한 하나의 바이더, 선택적으로 최소한 하나의 무리 충전제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 함침층의 조성은 100부의 열가소성 파우더에 대해 하기와 같이 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 종이:10-100부의 최소한 하나의 가소제, 0.1-4부의 최소한 하나의 안정제, 그리고 선택적으로 0-10부의 최소한 하나의 유화제.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 가소제는 하기의 물질중에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 종이:트리크레실포스페이트, 디(2-에틸헥실)프탈레이트, 디 부틸 프탈레이트, 벤직 부틸 프탈레이트, 디헥실 프탈레이트, 디 이소노닐 프탈레이트.
  11. 제8항 및 제10항에 있어서, 바인더는 다음 중에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 종이: 전분, 변형된전분, 산화된 전분.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,하기으 물질들을 포함하는 수성의 조성물을 사용하는 제지공정에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로하는 종이(%는 건조 무게에 의해 측정됨):A) o6-12%의 넌-셀룰로오즈 섬유, o평균입자크기가 25-60㎛인 열가소성 수지 파우더 45-65%, o4-10%의 최소한 하나의 바인더, o0.1-10%의 최소한 하나의 침전제, o선택적으로 0-25%의 최소한 하나의 무기 충전제:이상물질의 % 합계는 100이 되어야 함. B)0.1-0.6%의 최소한 하나의 제 2 침전제.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 선택적인 함침층의 조성은 100부의 열가소성 수지에 대해 하기와 같이 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 종이:20-60부의 최소한 하나의 가소제, 0.1-4부의 최소한 하나의 안정제, 선택적으로-0-10부의 최소한 하나의 유화제.
