Claims (22)
- 탄소섬유 및 Si, 또는 Ti 또는 Zr, C 및 0로 구성된 무기섬유에 각각 열경화성수지를 함침시켜 프레프레그를 형성하고 어프리프레그를 적층하므로서 제조되는 층간하이브리즈 적층재에 있어서, 상기 층간하이브리즈 적층재로 상기 탄소섬유의 인장탄성율대(對)상기 무기섬유의 인장탄성율의 비가 0.6-1.4범위인것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재(interply-hybridixed laninated material)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소섬유가 탄소질섬유 또는 흑연질섬유 인것을 특징으로하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기섬유가 일반식(단,식중의 R은 수소원자, 저급알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타냄.) 으로 표시된 주쇄골격을 갖는 수평균분자량 약 200-10,000의 폴리카르보시란과 일반식 MX4(단,M은 Ti 또는 Zr를 나타내고 X는 1-20탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기 페닐기 또는 아세틸아세톡시기를 나타냄)로 표시되는 유기금속화합물을 반응에 대한 불황성 분위기에서 가열반응시켜 얻는 유기금속화합물을 방사하고 방사된 섬유를 소성하므로서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적충재.
- 제1항에 있어서,무기섬유가 30-60중량%의 Si, 0.5-35중량%의 Ti 또는 Zr, 25-40중량%의 C및 0.01-30%의 0로 이루어진 원소비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제1항에 있어서 무기 섬유의 비율이 무기섬유와 탄소섬유의 전체부피에 대하여 1-80vol%인것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제1항에 있어서 무기 섬유및 탄소섬유초부피비율이 적충재 전체부피에 대하여 30-80vol%인것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제1항에 있어서 적충재가 탄소섬유 및 무기섬유에 열경화성 수지를 각각 함침시켜 조제된 프리프레그를 적층한 다음 열경화성성 수지를 경화시킴으로서 제조되는 것을 특징으로하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 탄소섬유 및 Si, Ti 또는 Zr, C및 0로 구성되는 무기섬유에 열경화성수지를 각각 함침시켜 프fl프레그를 조제하고 프리프레그를 적층하므로서 제조되는 증간 하이브리즈 적층재에 있어서, 프리프레그의 적층구성이 적층재의 중앙면에 대하여 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 탄소질섬유 또는 흑연질섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.

- 제8항에 있어서, 적층재가 탄소섬유 및 무기섬유에 각각 열경화성 수지를 함침 시켜 조제된 프리프레그를 적층한 다음, 열경화성 수지를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 적층된 프리프레그내의 섬유방향이 적층재의 중앙면에 대하여 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 탄소섬유와 Si, Ti 또는 Zr, C및 0로 구성되는 무기섬유에 열경화성수지를 각각 함침시켜 프리프레그를 형성하고 이 프리프레그를 적층하므로서 제조되는 층간하이브리즈 적층재에 있어서, 적층재의 최최부층 중의 한층은 탄소섬유 함유 프리프레그로구성되고 적층재의 최외부층중의 다른 층은 무기섬유함유 프리프레그로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제16항에 있어서. 탄소섬유가 탄소질섬유 또는 흑연질섬유 인것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 무기섬유가 일반식(단,식중의 R은 수소원자, 저급알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타냄.) 으로 표시된 주쇄골격을 갖는 수평균분자량 약 200-10,000의 폴리카르보시란과 일반식 MX4(단,M은 Ti 또는 Zr를 나타내고 X는 1-20탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기 페닐기 또는 아세틸아세톡시기를 나타냄)로 표시되는 유기금속화합물을 반응에 대한 불황성 분위기에서 가열반응시켜 얻는 유기금속화합물을 방사하고 방사된 섬유를 소성하므로서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 무기섬유가 Si:30-60중량%, Ti또는 Zr:0.5-35중량%, C:25-40중량%및 0 : 0.1-30중량%로 이루어진 원소비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 무기섬유의 비율이 무기섬유와 탄소섬유의 총부피에 대하여 1-80vol%인것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 무기섬유와 탄소섬유의 총부피가 적층재의 총부피에 대하여 30-80vol%인것을 특징으로 하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 적층재가 탄소섬유 및 무기섬유에 각각 열경화성 수지를 함침 시켜 조제된 프리프레그를 적층한 다음, 열경화성 수지를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 층간하이브리즈 적층재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
