제2도는 본 발명의 원리를 구현하여 단체 가공물의 가공에 사용된 장치의 평면도.
제3도는 제2도의 3-3선을 따라 절단한 본 장치의 중심절단 입면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 하나 또는 그 이상의 밸브 시이트에 인접한 공동내에서 축상으로 클램핑 가능한 표면을 가지는 가공물의 축상으로 깊고 좁은 공동의 끝부분에서 상기 밸브 시이트를 가공하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 공동의 축길이상으로 연장되어 상기 밸브시이트에 도달될 수 있게 충분한 길이의 회전 구동 스핀들을 지지하며, 상기 스핀들은 스핀들의 말단부에 절삭공구를 이송하며, 지지대가 접촉됨이 없이 공동의 내부에 효과적으로 밀접히 맞춤되며 상기 절삭공구를 상기 밸브시이트와의 가공접촉안으로 이송시키기 위해 상기 공동의 축을따라 효과적으로 이동되는 비회전 하우징에 존재하며, (b) 반경상으로는 강성이나 축상으로는 탄성적인 다이어프램을 상기 하우징의 끝부분에 고정시키며 상기 다이어프램은 상기 공동의 내부를 가로질러 횡으로 연장되며, (c) 상기 하우징과 스핀들을 공동안으로 삽입한 후에는 상기 절삭공구는 밸브 시이트에 근접하나 접촉의 밖에 있으므로 스핀들에서 먼쪽의 다이어프램의 일부분을 축상으로 클램핑 가능한 표면에 대하여 축상으로 클램핑하며, (d) 밸브 시이트와의 가공 접촉을 위해 밸브 시이트를 향해 축상으로 회전 구동 스핀들 어셈블리를 이송시키며 축상으로 탄성적인 다이어프램은 고속 가공상황에서도 공구에 대한 정확한 횡 지지정렬을 제공하는 가공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 상기 하우징의 공차 0.0254Cm 내에서 상기 공동내에 밀접하게 맞춤되는 방법.
  3. 하나 또는 그 이상의 밸브 시이트에 인접한 공동내에서 축상으로 클램핑 가능한 표면을 가지는 가공물의 축상으로 깊고 좁은 공동의 끝부분에서 상기 밸브 시이트를 가공하는 장치에 있어서, (a)공차 0.0254Cm 내의 상기 공동 내부에 효과적으로 밀접히 맞춤되며 공동의 축에따라 효과적으로 이동되는 비회전 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 중심 구멍내로 이송되며 하우징과 함께 축상으로 이동가능한 제1의 회전 스핀들과를 가지는 회전 스핀들 지지대와, (b) 상기 가공물 공동의 끝부분에서 상기 밸브 시이트를 가공하기 위한 상기 스핀들의 하단부에 의해 이송되는 절삭공구와, (c) 상기 하우징의 스핀들 말단부가 상기 밸브 시이트에 근접되었을 때 반경상 이동에 대해 상기 하우징을 고정하지만 상기 절삭공구와 가공물 사이의 가공 접촉을 위해 하우징과 스핀들이 제한된 축 이동을 할수 있도록 하는 클램핑 수단과를 포함하는 가공장치.
