Abstract

연삭숫돌(8)과, 모터(6)와, 모터(6)가 장착되는 프레임부(4)와, 프레임부(4)가 설치되는 베이스(2)와, 베이스(2)에 설치되는 작업대(12)와, 작업대(22)에 장착되는 모터(14)와, 작업대(12)의 위에 장착되는 치구고정판(16)과, 치구고정판(16)에 창작되는 고정치구(20)와, 모터(14)의 회전력을 전달하는 벨트(18)를 포함하는 원통형 금형 연삭장치를 제공한다.
고정치구(20)는 중심부에 구멍이 가공된 몸체(22)와, 몸체(22)의 아래부분에 부착되고 치구고정판(16)의 위에 장착되는 받침판(24)와, 한쪽에 폴리(36)가 형성되고 몸체(22)의 안에 삽입되는 회전부재(26)와, 폴리(36)의 반대쪽에서 회전부재(26)에 삽입되고 가공물(40)을 고정하는 콜릿척(32)과, 한쪽이 콜릿척(32)과 결합하고 회전부재(260에 삽입되는 척고정부재(28)와, 몸체(22)와 회전부재(26)의 사이에서 회전부재(26)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 베어링(30)을 포함한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 연삭숫돌(8)과, 상기한 연삭숫돌(8)을 축에 의해 지지하고 회전시키는 연삭용모터(6)와, 상기한 연삭용 모터(6)가 장착되고 지지되는 프레임부(4)와, 상기한 프레임부(4)가 위에 설치되는 베이스(2)와, 상기한 베이스(2)의 위에 상기한 프레임부(4)와 일정한 거리를 두고 설치되는 작업대(12)와, 상기한 작업대(12)의 위에 장착되는 고정치구용 모터(14)와, 상기한 고정치구용 모터(14)와 일정 거리를 두고 상기한 작업대(12)의 위에 장착되는 치구고정판(16)과, 상기한 치구고정판(16)의 위에 장착되는 고정치구(20)와, 상기한 고정치구용 모터(14)의 회전력을 상기한 고정치구(20)에 전달하는 회전력전달수단을 포함하는 원통형 금형 연삭장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고정치구용 모터(14)의 회전력을 상기한 고정치구(20)에 전달하는 회전력전달수단이 벨트(18)로 이루어진 원통형 금형 연삭장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고정치구(20)는 중심부에 구멍이 가공된 중공형상인 몸체(22)와, 상기한 몸체(22)의 아래부분에 부착되고 상기한 치구고정판(16)의 위에 장착되는 받침판(24)과, 한쪽 끝부분의 원주면에 상기한 회전력전달수단이 연결되는 폴리(36)가 형성되고 중심부에 구멍이 가공된 중공형상이며 상기한 몸체(22)의 안에 삽입되는 회전부재(26)와, 상기한 폴리(36)의 반대쪽으로 상기한 회전부재(26)에 삽입되고 가공(40)을 고정하는 콜릿척(32)과, 한쪽은 상기한 콜릿척(32)과 결합 및 분리가 가능하도록 형성되고 다른쪽은 손잡이가 형성되며 상기한 콜릿척(32)과 반대쪽으로 상기한 회전부재(26)에 삽입되는 척고정부재(28)와, 상기한 몸체(22)와 회전부재(26)의 사이에 삽입되어 상기한 회전부재(26)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 하나이상의 베어링(30)을 포함하는 원통형 금형 연삭장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 한쪽에 손잡이가 형성된 막대형상의 회전방지부재(34)를 준비하고, 상기한 몸체(22)의 윗부분에는 상기한 회전방지부재(34)가 삽입되는 삽입구멍(23)을 형성하고, 상기한 몸체(22)의 삽입구멍(23)과 대응되는 상기한 회전부재(26)의 원주면에는 상기한 회전방지부재(34)의 끝부분이 삽입되는 삽입홈(38)을 형성한 원통형 금형 연삭장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항~제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기한 고정치구(20)를 상기한 치구고정판(16)에 고정할 때에 자성을 이용하는 원통형 금형 연삭장치.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 베어링(30)을 양쪽으로 두개씩 네개를 사용하여 상기한 회전부재(26)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 원통형 금형 연삭장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 연삭숫돌(8)의 원주면과 가공물(40)의 옆면이 끝면(44)이 맞닿도록, 즉 연삭숫돌(8)의 회전중심선과 가공물(40)의 회전중심선이 연장선의 수직으로 교차하도록 상기한 연삭숫돌(8)을 축을 통하여 지지하는 상기한 연삭용 모터(6)를 상기한 프레임부(4)에 장착한 원통형 금형 연삭장치.
