제1도는 본 발명의 실시상태인 섬유시이트 상물(物)로 되는 필터를 나타내는 종단면도.
제2도는 본 발명의 필터를 다른 필터와 적층하여 사용하는 예를 나타내는 종단면도. 제3도는 본 발명의 필터를, 한상의 전극과 병용하는 예를 나타내는 개략도.

Claims (17)

  1. 엘렉트릿화(化)된 다공질층으로 되고, 또 비유전율이 10 이하인 액체을 여과하게끔 구성된다, 액체용 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다공질층의 섬유시이트상물(物)인 액체용 필터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 섬유상물이 부직포인 액체용 필터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 섬유시이트상물의 표면전하밀도가 5×10-11쿠울롬/cm2이상인 액체용 필터.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 섬유상물이 1×10-9쿠울롬/Cm2이상의 표면 전하밀도를 가지는 필름을 스릿트화(化)한, 섬유상물로 구성되여 있는 액체용 필터.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 섬유시이트상물을 구성하는 섬유의 평균섬유경(經)이 50μm 이하인 액체용 필터.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 부직포가 멜트불로우법에 의해 만들어진 액체용 필터.
  8. 제3항에 있어서. 부직포가 스팬본드법에 의해 만들어진 액체용 필터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 엘렉트릿화된 다공질층의 상류측에, 이 다공질층보다도 기공용적(porosity) 및 평균섬유경이 적어도 한쪽을 크게한 별개의 다공질층을 적층한, 액체용 필터.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전기 엘렉트릿화된 다공질층이 멜트불로우법에 의해 만들어진 부직포인 액체용 필터.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 전기 상류측의 별도의 다공질층이 엘렉트릿된, 액체용 필터.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상류측과 하류측의 적층된 다공질층이 상호접착되여있는 액체용 필터.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 액체가 기름(油)인 액체용 필터.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 액체가 유기용제인 액체용 필터.
  15. 엘렉트릿화된 다공질층을 필터로서 사용하고 비유전율이 10 이하의 액체를 여과하는 액체여과방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 전기 필터의 상류측에 한 쌍의 전극을 배치하고 이들 한 쌍의 전극사이에 전압을 인가(印加)하는 액체여과 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 전기 필터를 액체의 흐름방향과 평행으로 한쌍 대향시켜 배치하고, 이들 한 쌍의 필터의 양외측에 각각 전극을 배치하고, 이들 양전극사이에 전압을 인가하는 액체여과방법.
