Abstract
본 발명은 압력하에서 서로 소결된 금속 섬유(5)의 제직되지 않은 웹(3)이 결합되어 이룬 상호 교차 와이어의 금속 와이어 메시(2)를 포함하는 다공성 적층물(1)에 관한 것으로, 메시의 접합 영역(4)에서의 막의 다공성은 이 접합 영역 간메시 구멍 중심 영역(6) 다공성의 최대 40%이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 다공성 적층물의 단면도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 적층물을 위에서 본 것이고,
제3도는 제1도의 단면을 확대한 것이고,
제4도는 전형적인 다공성 적층물의 단면을 확대한 것이고,
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 적층물의 일부인, 웹 내의 섬유표면의 외관을 확대한 것이고,
제6도는 전형적인 다공성 적층물에서의 유사한 섬유 외관을 나타낸 것이고,
제7도는 본 발명에 따른 다공성 적층물 연속 제조용 장치의 단면을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (12)
- 압력 하에서 서로 소결되어, 상호 교차된 와이어로 이루어진 금속 와이어 메시(2)로 결합된 금속 섬유(5)의 제직되지 않은 웹(3)을 포함하는 다공성 적층물(1)에 있어서, 메시 접합 영역(4)에서의 막의 다공성은 이들 접합 영역간 메시 구멍의 중심 영역(6) 다공성의 최대 40%임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성이 최대 25% 임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 비율이 15% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유(5)는 뚜렷한 불규칙 부분이나 가는 홈(10)을 갖는 고르지 못한 표면을 지님을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유(5)는 접합 영역(4)에서 다소 평평한 단면을 지님을 특징으로하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유는 3×10-6mm2-1.8×10-2mm2의 단면적을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유는 1.2×10-5-3×10-3mm2임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 섬유는 5×10-5-7.5×10-4mm2임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접합 영역(4)에서의 메시 와이어는 웹에서 떨어져 있는 외부면 상에 평평한 영역(8)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메시(2)의 와이어는 재결정이 일어나지 않는 구조를 보임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물.
- 제1항에 따른 적층물의 필터 매체로서의 용도.
- 제1항에 따른 다공성 적층물의 제조방법에 있어서, 금속 와이어 메시(2)와 그 상부에 놓인 금속 섬유 웹(11)를 회전 압축 롤러(14, 15)사이로 진행시키는데; 이들 롤러는 상이한 전위를 가져, 전류가 롤러와의 접촉부분(16)에서 적층물의 단면을 통해 이송되게 해서, 섬유(5)가 그들 간의 접촉점에서 서로 소결되고 메시(2)로 소결되게 함을 특징으로 하는 다공성 적층물 제조방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
