Claims (14)
- 금속케이싱(12), 그 케이싱(12)안에 배치된 세라믹 촉매요소(18), 촉매요소(18)와 금속케이싱(12)사이에 그 촉매요소(18)를 위치시키고 기계 및 열충격을 흡수하기 위해 배치된 가요성 장착수단(20)으로 구성되고, 상기 가요성 장착수단(20)은 탄성 보강재료(22)에 대하여 성형된 불림재료(21)의 합성체로 구성되고, 상기 합성체는 -40℃ -750℃를 통해 20Kpa이상에서 500Kpa이하의 체적계수를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기시스템용 촉매컨버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 장착수단(20)은 비팽창된 흑운모의 40-65중량% 무기섬류재료의 25-50중량%, 및 접합체의 5-15%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기시스템용 촉매컨버터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 흑운모는 암모늄 화합물로 이온교화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기시스텀용 촉매컨버터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬류 재료(21)는 석면, 연질 유리섬유, 알루미나 위스커, 알루미나-실리카섬유 또는 지르코니아-실리카 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기시스템용 촉매컨버터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 유기 또는 무기재료나 그의 조합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매컨버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 보강재료(22)는 금속판, 금속천 금속스크린 또는 금속메쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기시스템용 촉매컨버터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 보강재료(22)는 스텐레스강, 인코넬강, 아연 도금강, 금속합금 또는 이들의 조합물로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기시스템용 촉매컨버터.
- 금속케이싱(12), 그 케이싱내에 배치된 단일고형 세라믹 촉매요소(18), 세라믹 촉매요소(18)를 위치시키고 기계 및 열충격을 흡수하기 위해 세라믹 촉매요소(18)와 금속케이싱(12)사이에 배치된 가요성 장착수단(20)으로 구성되고, 상기 가요성 장착수단(20)은 상기 탄성 보강재료(22)에 대해 형성된 불림재료(21)의 합성체로 구성되고, 상기 합성체는 -40℃ -750℃의 온도를 통해 20Kpa 이상에 500Kpa 이하의 체적계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입자 필터.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 장착수단(20)은 비팽창된 흑운모의 40-60중량%, 무기섬유재료의 25-50중량%, 및 접합제의 5-15%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 입자 필터.
