제1도는 본 발명에 따른 방법에 있어서 바륨 티타네이트를 제조하기 위해 출발 물질로 사용되는 미건조, 무정형 이산화티탄의 X-선 회절도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따라서 제조된 바륨 티타네이트의 X-선 회절도.
Claims (3)
- 바륨 알콜레이트 및 티탄 알콜레이트를 함유하는 균질 용액 혼합물을 수증기 - 포화된 N2대기중에 30 내지 60℃ 범위의 온도에서 반응시키고, 형성된 바륨 티타네이트 겔을 진공중에 40 내지 60℃의 온도에서 12 내지 48시간동안 건조시킴을 특징으로 하여, 바륨 티탄 알콜레이트의 가수분해에 의해 분말상 바륨 티타네이트를 조제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 불활성 가스 대기중에서 금속 바륨과 이소프판올의 반응에 의해 바륨 알콜레이트 용액을 제조하고, b) 불활성 가스 대기중에서 무수 알콜에 티탄-테트라-이소프로폭사이드를 용해시켜 티탄 알콜레이트 용액을 제조하고, c) 반응단계 a) 및 b)에 따라서 수득된 용액을 화학양론적 양으로 혼합하는 공정 단계로 바륨 알콜레이트/티탄 알콜레이트 용액 혼합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 바륨 알콜레이트/티탄 알콜레이트 용액 혼합물로부터, 수증기-포화된 N2대기중에 25 내지 40℃이 온도에서 50 내지 100시간동안 전환시킴으로써 바륨 티타네이트 겔의 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
