Claims (18)
- 고압의 압축된 가스를 제공하고, 압축 가스를 여과하여 상기 고압가스내에 존재하는 입자를 제거하고, 임계 오리피스를 통과시켜 상기 압축된 가스를 저압으로 팽창시키고 상기 저압가스내에서 응축된 증기의 소적의 존재를 검출하는 단계로 구성된, 압축 가스로부터 응축 증기의 잔량을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저압이 대기압인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 응축된 증기를 제거하기 위하여 팽창에 앞서 상기 압축된 가스를 정제하는 단계가 부가적으로 구성된 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 임계 오리피스를 냉각하는 단계가 부가적으로 구성된 방법.
- 고압으로 압축된 가스를 제공하고, 압축 가스를 여과하여 상기 고압가스내에 존재하는 입자를 제거하고, 임계 오리피스를 통과시켜 상기 압축된 가스를 저압으로 팽창시키고 상기 저압가스내에서 응축된 증기의 소적 농도의 농도를 측정하고 상기 측정값과 시발점농도를 비교하는 단계로 구성된, 고압으로 압축된 가스로부터 응축 증기의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 저압이 대기압인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 응축핵 계수기를 사용하여 소적의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 임계 오리피스를 냉각하는 단계가 부가적으로 구성된 방법.
- 고압으로 압축된 가스를 제공하고, 압축 가스를 여과하여 상기 고압가스내에 존재하는 입자를 제거하고, 임계 오리피스를 통과시켜 상기 압축된 가스를 저압으로 팽창시키고 상기 저압가스내에서 응축된 증기의 소적의 농도를 압력 강하의 기능으로서 측정하는 단계로 구성된, 고압으로 압축된 가스로부터 응축 증기의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 소적의 초기 농도로 소적의 농도를 측정하는 단계를 부가적으로 구성하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 소적의 농도가 초기값 이상일때 압력 강하를 측정하는 단계를 부가적으로 구성하는 방법.
- 고압으로 압축된 가스를 제공하고, 압축 가스를 여과하여 상기 고압가스내에 존재하는 입자를 제거하고, 임계 오리피스를 통과시켜 상기 압축된 가스를 저압으로 팽창시켜, 담체기체내에서 소적 형성을 유방시키기에 충분하도록 하고 소적의 재증발을 막기에 충분한 값으로 상기 팽창된 담체 기에의 온도를 유지하고, 상기 담체 가스로부터 응축된 증기를 제거하기 위해 상기 소적을 수집하는 단계로 구성된 고압으로 저장된 압축 담체 가스내에서 응축된 증기의 잔량을 제거하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 소적을 수집하는 단계가 여과단계로 구성된 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 소적을 수집하는 단계가 흡착 단계로 구성된 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 응축 증기로부터 유리된 담체 가스가 용기에 저장되는 방법.
- 제12항, 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 응축 증기로부터 유리된 담체 가스를 즉시 사용하는 단계를 부가적으로 구성하는 방법.
