Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식에 상응하는 지방족 폴리에스테르류를 단독으로 또는 공지의 평활화제와 조합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 용액, 유제 또는 분산액 형태의 방직섬유용 평활화 제제.
    R1-X-O-R2
    상기식에서, R1및R2가 직쇄 및/또는 측쇄의, 포화 및/또는 불포화된, OH-함유 또는 0H-없는 천연 및/또는 합성원으로 이루어진 C6~C14알킬라디칼이며, X가1내지 25의 중합도를 가지는 하나 또는 그 이상의 C2~C6알킬렌 옥사이드를 함유하는 단일중합체 또는 공중합체이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬라디칼 R1및R2가 8내지 22의 탄소원자를 함유하며, X가 1 내지 12의 중합도를 가지는 하나 또는 그 이상의 C2~C4알킬렌 옥사이드를 함유하는 단일중합체 또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방직섬유용 평활화 제제.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 알킬라디칼 R1및R2가 12내지 18탄소원자를 함유하며 ,X가 1내지 6의 중합도를 가지는 에틸렌옥사이드임을 특징으로 하는 방직섬유용 평활화 제제.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공지의 평활화제로서 파라핀류, 폴리에틸렌류, 지방산에스테르류, 실리콘류 및/또는 폴리알킬렌 글리콜류를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방직섬유용 평활화 제제.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공지의 평활화제에 대한 지방족 폴리에테르류의 중량비가 10:1내지 1:4, 바람직하게는 4:1 내지 1:1임을 특징으로 하는 방직섬유용 평활화 제제 .
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성분산액의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 방직섬유용 평활화 제제.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단독으로 또는 공지의 평활화제와 조합하여 5 내지 30중량%의 지방족 폴리에스테류, 1 내지 20중량%의 분산제, 0 내지 15중량%의 연화제, 항산화제, 기포역제제, 안정화제, 대전방지제, 보존제, pH 조절제 및/또는 방향제 등과 같은 직물 및/또는 섬유보조제중에 대표적으로 존재하는 0 내지 6중량%의 첨가제를 함유하며, 물을 가하여 100중량%로 함을 특징으로 하는 방직섬유용 평활화 제제.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방직섬유용 평활화 제제로 방직섬유를 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방직섬유의 평활화 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 지방족 폴리에테르류의 방직섬유용 평활화제로서 용도.
