첨부된 도면은 필라멘트 또는 화이버가 전극의 길이 방향으로 주입되는 합성화이버 특히 초고분자량의 폴리에틸렌의 표면처리를 위한 코로나의 구체적 실시를 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (9)
- 화이버 또는 얀(18)이 사이로 통과되는 두개의 가늘고 긴 선형의 절연된 활성전극(10)(12)을 포함하는 코로나에 의해 접착성을 개선시키기 위한 합성화이버 또는 얀 특히 초고분자량을 가진 폴리에틸렌 화이버의 표면처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극으로 공급되는 전류가 180°만큼 위상이 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전극(10)(12)이 화이버 또는 얀(18)의 주입방향과 평행하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극(10)(12)을 통하는 화이버 또는 얀(18)의 통과 속도가 전극길이 미터당 25-1000m/min, 바람직하기로는 200m/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 직물의 주입방향이 전극(10)(12)의 길이방향의 범위에 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극(10)(12)의 폭이 3-10mm이고, 절연시이드의 두께가 2mm이고, 길이가 200mm이며 절연시이드의 표면사이의 간격이 2-5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에서 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절연시이드(14)(16)가 수정 또는 세라믹으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에서 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극으로 공급되는 전압이 20-25KHz에서 14KV인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에서 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로나에 의해 접착성을 개선시키기 위한 합성화이버 또는 얀 특히 초고분자량의 화이버의 표면처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
