Claims (24)
- 전도성 물질을 내포하는 코어와 이 코어를 둘러싸는 섬유형성 중합체로 형성된 외장으로 이루어지며, 상기 코어가 완전히 외장으로 피복되며 섬유표면의 전기저항이 1010Ω/cm 보다 낫고 표면의 전기저항(Ω/cm)대 단면사이의 내부 전기저항의 비가 103보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고전압 방전처리에 의해 형성되는 2미크론보다 작은 직경을 지니는 방전점이 섬유축 방향을 따라 산재되며 적어도 하나의 방전점이 섬유축 방향으로 길이 mm당 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합섬유의 코어가 외장의 표면으로부터 측정하여 적어도 3㎛의 두께를 지니는 외장으로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유형성중합체가 주로 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유형성중합체가 주로 지방족 폴리아미드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유형성중합체가 주로 방향족 폴리아미드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유형성중합체가 주로 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어의 전도성물질이 주로전도성 카아본블랙으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어의 전도성물질이 주로 금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복함섬유.

- 제1항에 있어서, 코어의 전도성 물질이 주로 전도성 비금속화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제15항에 있어서, 코어의 전도성 물질이 주로 전도성 붕화물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어의 전도성물질이 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 내지 제16항에 기재된 전도제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 두부재로 이루어지는 복합체 또는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 코어-외장 복합섬유.
- 전도성 물질을 내포하는 코어와 이 코어를 둘러싸는 섬유형성 중합체로 형성된 외장으로 이루어지는 코어-외장 복합섬유를 고전압전극 사이에서 방전처리하는 것으로 이루어지는 전도성 복합 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 방전처리를 실행하여 2미크론보다 작은 직경을 지니는 방전점을 섬유축 방향을 따라 복합섬유의 포면상에 산재시키고 적어도 하나의 방전점을 섬유축 방향으로 길이 mm당 존재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 복합 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 코어의 단면사이의 내부 전기저항이 108Ω/cm보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 코어의 단면 사이의 내부전기 저항이 107Ω/cm보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 복합 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 코어-외장 복합섬유가 방전처리전에 수성액체로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 복합 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 수성액체가 계면 활성제를 내포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 복합섬유의 제조방법.
