- 동물 세포를 한 유전자 및 하이그로마이신 B-내성 유전자로 형질 감염시키고 세포를 하이그로마이신 B가 함유된 배지 중에서 배양시킴을 특징으로 하여, 동물 세포 내에서 한 유전자를 증폭시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 세포가 포유동물 세포인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증폭시킬 유전자 및 내성 유전자를 동시에 도입시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 증폭시킬 유전자 및 내성 유전자를 동시에 도입시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득된, 증가된 복제수의 유전자를 갖는 동물세포.
