자동차의 안전장치
제1도는 본 고안의 전체 구성을 보인 평면도.
제2도는 본 고안의 완충부 작동상태도로서, 제2(a)도는 평시 상태도, 제2(b)도는 범퍼가 전진한 상태도, 제2(c)도는 충돌로 인하여 범퍼가 후진하면서 접점편을 작동시킨 상태도.
제3(a)도는 경사실린더의 구성도, 제3(b)도는 피스턴축이 하강하여 지면에 착지되는 상태도.

본 고안은 자동차를 운행함에 있어서 앞차와의 충돌시 받게 되는 심한 충격을 완화할 수 있는 안전장치에 관한 것이다.
더욱 자세하게는 범퍼에 완충장치를 설치하고 감지센서를 설치하여 일정거리안에 장애물이 나타나면 제동장치를 작동시켜 급정지시키게 함과 아울러 충격을 완화시킬 수 있게 한 것이다.
종래에는 자동차를 운행함에 있어서 돌발적인 위험사태에서는 부레이크에만 의존하였으므로 급정거시 미끄러짐 현상과 급조작 미숙으로 인해 충돌접촉사고가 빈번하였으며 이로 인한 인명피해와 차체손상이 심하였다.
또한 종애의 범퍼는 고정식으로서 범퍼재질 자체를 탄성과 신축도를 갖도록 개량하였을 뿐이므로 충돌시 받는 충격에는 무의미하며 별다른 후속조치도 일체 없었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위해서 범퍼에 완충장치와 감지센서를 설치하여 돌발사태에서 감지센서가 급제동장치를 작동시켜줌과 동시 충격을 최소로 줄일 수 있는 완충장치를 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의해서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 전방범퍼(2)의 양쪽에 거리감지센서(3) (4)와 지지축(5) (6)을 착설하고 지지축(5) (6)은 후레임(1) 양쪽에 착설된 유압실린더(7) (8) 내의 피스턴(9)과 접속된 보조관체(11)내에 삽입되며 범퍼(2)와 보조관체(11)와의 사이에 각기 굵기가 다른 스프링(13) (14) (15)을 차례로 탄설한다.
유압실린더(7) (8)에는 전진용 오일관 (16)과 후진용 오일관(17)이 연결되고 이들은 오일탱크(18)로부터 각각 공급관 (19) (20)을 통하여 오일이 공급되며 공급관 (19) (20)을 통하여 오일이 공급되며 공급관 (19) (20)에는 각각 밸브(21) (22)를 설치한다.
양쪽 밸브(21) (22)는 각각 감지센서 (3) (4)와 연결된 콘트롤부(23)로부터 개폐지시를 받는다.
즉, 범퍼(2) 전방의 일정거리안에 장애물이 나타나면 감지센서(3) (4)가 이를 감지하고 콘트롤부(23)는 이를 접수한 후 즉시 전진용 밸브 (21)를 열도록 지시하여 실린더(7)내에 유압을 가하므로서 범퍼(2)를 전진하게 하는 반면에 평시에는 후진용 밸브(22)가 열려서 범퍼(2)를 후진시키도록 한 것이다.
양쪽 실린더(7) (8) 내측에는 접점편(24)을 설치하여 지지축(5) (6)의 진퇴작동시 on, off 작동시키도록 구성한다.
접점편(24)은 전. 후방 차륜의 부레이크와 연결된 오일관 (25) (26)의 밸브(27)를 개폐 작동시키며 차체 후방의 경사실린더 (28) (29)에도 동시에 오일이 공급되게 한다.
경사실린더 (28) (29)의 피스턴축(30) (31) 단부에는 비교적 두꺼운 고무판(32)이 수평상으로 착설되며 저면에 접속되는 다리기능을 하는 것이다.
후방범퍼(33)에도 역시 스프링(34)을 탄지하여 실린더(35) (36)에 삽입되게 구성하며 유압을 이용하지 않고 스프링 탄성만을 이용한 완충기능을 하도록 한 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 37은 기존의 부레이크 오일관이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 자동차가 고속으로 주행시 돌발적인 사태로 인하여 앞차와의 거리가 가까워지면서 충돌직전까지 위치되면 범퍼(2) 양쪽의 거리감지센서(3) (4)가 이를 감지하여 콘트롤부(23)에 지시하며 그 즉시 전진용 오일밸브(21)는 열리게 되고 고압오일이 공급되어 양쪽 피스턴(9)이 전진하여 범퍼(2)를 전방으로 밀어내며 이러한 상태를 제2(a)도와 제2(b)도로 도시하고 있다.
범퍼(2)를 전진시키는 목적은 충돌시 받게 되는 충격을 감소시키기 위한 완충작동을 목적으로 한 것이며, 각기 압축강도가 다른 세계의 스프링(13) (14) (15)의 탄성과 뒷쪽의 유압이 받쳐주고 있으므로 충격은 완화될 수 있는 것이다.
이 상태에서 앞차와의 거리가 급격히 접근되어 범퍼(2)에 충돌된 상태를 제2(c)도로 표시한 것이며 범퍼(2)가 후진하면서 접점편(24)을 밀어서 작동시키는 상태이다.
이와 동시에 오일관(25) (26)의 밸브(27)가 열리면서 고압의 오일이 전, 후방 차륜의 부레이크를 작동시키게 되고 뒤따라서 후방의 경사실린더(28) (29)에도 유압이 작동하므로 피스턴축(30) (31)이 하강하여 고무판(32)이 지면에 닿게 되며, 결국 전, 후방 차륜의 급부레이크 작동과 뒷쪽의 경사실린더 고무판(32)이 지면에 미끄러지면서 착지되는 작동에 의해 자동차는 급정지하게 되는 것이다.
그러므로 본 고안은 충돌 즉시 급정지작동과 아울러 범퍼(2)의 완충작동에 의해 충격을 줄이고 차체와 인명의 손상피해를 최소로 줄일 수 있게 되는 것이다.
또한 뒷 범퍼(33)에는 독립적인 완충장치만을 설치하므로서 어느 정도의 충격에 대치할 수 있게 한 것이다.
또한 앞쪽 범퍼(2)의 전방에 안전이 확보되면 콘트롤부(23)는 각 밸브(21) (22)를 작동시켜 범퍼(2)를 원위치로 복귀시키며 뒷쪽의 경사실린더(28) (29) 역시 복귀 작동되는 것이다.
이렇게 된 본 고안은 미처 부레이크 페달을 밟지 못하거나 뒤늦게 조작하게 되어도 그 이전에 감지센서에 의해 급정지와 완충작동이 시행되므로 종래 부레이크에만 의존하던 방식에 비해 손상 및 피해를 줄일 수 있고 보다 인전을 기할 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 거리감지센서(3) (4)를 착설한 전방범퍼(2)의 지지축(5) (6)을 스프링(13) (14) (15)으로 탄지하여 보조관체(11) 내에 삽입하고 보조관체(11)는 유압실린더(7) (8) 내의 피스턴(9)과 연접시켜 진퇴되게 하며 유압실린더(7) (8)의 전, 후방 오일관(16) (17)은 각각 밸브(21) (22)를 가진 공급관 (19) (20)과 연결하여 오일탱크(18)로부터 오일을 공급받게 하고 양쪽 밸브 (21) (22)는 각각 감지센서(3) (4)의 콘트롤부(23)로부터 개폐지시를 받게 하며 실린더 (7) (8) 내의 접점편(24)은 전. 후방 양쪽 부레이크 오일관 (25) (26)의 밸브(27)와 후방의 경사실린더(28) (29)를 개폐작동시키게 하고 경사실린더(28) (29)의 피스턴축(30) (31) 단부에 고무판(32)을 착설하여서 된 자동차의 안정장치.
