제8도는 상기한 본 발명의 방법에 의해서 제조된 레이블을 붙인 용기와, 레이블을 붙이지 않는 용기단체에 있어서의 각각의 온도와 방치시간과의 관계를 v시한 그래프로서, 종축은 온도(℃)를 표시하고, 횡축은 방치시간(min)을 표시하며, (A)는 레이블을 붙인 용기에 소정온도의 온수를 주입하였을때의 온도의 변화를 표시한 곡선, (B)는 단체의 용기에 소정온도의 온수를 주입하였을 때의 온도변화를 표시한 곡선, (C)는 레이블을 붙이지 않는 용기에 소정온도의 온수를 주입하였을 때의 외벽면의 온도변화를 표시한 곡선, (D)는 레이블을 붙인 용기에 소정온도의 온수를 주입하였을 때의 외벽면의 온도의 변화를 표시한 곡선.``

Claims (11)

  1. 압출기로부터 발포 폴리스티렌수지를 압출하면서 압출방향으로 연신하여, 0.1mm 이상 1.0mm이하의 두께와 2배 이상 10배 이하의 발포 배율을 가진 1축방향으로 열수축하는 발포폴리스티렌 수지 시이트를 제조하고, 상기 시이트에 소망에 따라 인쇄를 실시하여 연신방향으로 거의 평행 및 직각으로 재단해서 레이블을 제조하고, 연신방향의 원주방향으로 되게 상기 레이블을 원통형상으로 말아서 맞부딪침부를 접합하므로서 제조된, 열수축 하였을 때 용기의 높이와 실질적으로 동일하게 되는 길이를 가진 원통레이블을, 용기에 씌우고, 이어서 이와같이 해서 용기에 씌운 원통레이블을 가열하여 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형상으로 형성된 레이블의 내경은 용기의 동체부의 최대외경 보다 크지 않는 내경이며, 상기 레이블을 용기에 씌우기전에, 원통형상으로 형성한 레이블 시이트를 원주방향으로 약 0.1이상 5.0%이하의 범위에서 신장하고, 또한 이것을 상기 용기에 씌웠을 때, 원통형상으로 형성한 레이블의 내면이 적어도 상기 용기의 높이의 1%이상의 범위에 걸쳐서 상기 용기의 동체부 바깥면과 접촉되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 그 개구부쪽에 플랜지를 가지고, 그리고 또, 상기 용기의 플랜지직경에 인접하는 동체부의 외경이 동체부의 최대직경보다 약 0.1~30%작고, 또한 상기 최대 외경부로부터 플랜지까지의 거리가 상기 용기의 높이의 1%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이블을 형성하는 발포 폴리스티렌 수지의 발포 배율이 3배이상 8배이하 인 것을 특징으로하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이블의 두게가 0.2mm이상~0.7m이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 그 동체부의 바깥면의 일부에, 팽출돌기부 또는 오목홈을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 동체부 바깥면에 형성되는 팽출돌기부 또는 오목홈의 최대높이 또는 최대깊이가 1mm이상 5mm이하이고, 그 용기의 깊이 방향으로 측정한 길이가 2mm이상 5mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 동체부 바깥면에 형성한 팽출돌기부 또는 오목홈이 원주방향으로 연속되는 적어도 한줄의 돌기줄 또는 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 동체부에 형성된 팽출돌기부 또는 오목홈이, 일원주를 따라서 정렬된 복수의 작은 팽출돌기부 또는 오목홈의 열인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 발포 폴리스티렌 수지 시이트는 1축방향으로 연신한 폴리스티렌 필름을 라미네이트한 복합시이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이블을 붙인 용기
