제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 측면도, 제2도는 트리밍 커터의 측면도, 제3도는 금속밴드의 작동방향에서본 트리밍커터 도시도, 제4도는 금속밴드 방향에서 본 제1성형 단계도시도, 제5도는 냉각장치 및 용접장치의 도시도, 제6도는 종방향 용접비이드를 갖는 두꺼운벽(39)으로 이루어진 전기도관 도시도.
Claims (12)
- 금속밴드가 와이어 권취기계에서 제거되고 그종방향 모서리에서 트리밍되고 점ㅈ차로 슬릿관이 형성되며, 압연성형 단게로 구성되는 제1성형단계에서 금속밴드의 모서리 영역에서만 제조된 관의 굽힘이 이루어지며, 슬릿관은 직선비이드 용접괴고 용접된 관은 관의 용접부 뒤에 맞물려 있는 트리거 장치를 통해 제조장치로 이동되는 직선비이드 용접관 제조방볍에 있어서, a) 금속밴드는 15내지 80mm의 폭과 0.2내지 2.5mm의 벽두께를 가지며 폭대 벽두께비는 15내지 50이며, b) 금속밴드 용접부위 앞에 조절할수 있도록 구성되며, c)관은 용접부위에서 냉각되고 용접부위 뒤에서 냉각제로 용접비이드를 릴리이스 함으로써 적어도 60%의 주위면이 접촉유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선비이드 용접관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밴드는 트리밍중에 조절될 수 있도록 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선비이드 용접관 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밴드는 제1성형장치에서 조절될수 있도록 구동되는 것을 특징으로하는 직선비이드 용접관 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접된 관은 적은직경을 갖도록 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선비이드 용접관 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밴드 모서리는 트리밍후에 비스듬하게 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선비이드 용접관 제조방법.
- 금속밴드용 작동장치와, 트리밍장치와, 금소밴드에서 다수의 단계에 의해 관을 형성하는 성형장치와 슬릿관을 용접하는 용접장치 및 용접된 관과 맞물리는 트리거 장치로 구성되는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 트리밍장치(4)는 조절가능한 동기전류모터(23)에 의해 구동되는 적어도 하나의 로울러(16)로 구성되는 로울러샤프트(15,16)로 이루어지며, 제1단계(7)에서 로울러기구(24,25,26)중 적어도 하나의 로울러(24)는 조절가능한 동기전류모터(23)에 의해 구동되며 용접부위(9) 바로뒤에는 냉각제 용기(11.32)가 배치되며 이 냉각제 용기를 통해 관(10)은 냉각되며 냉각제는 관(10)의 적어도 60%의 주위를 냉각할수 있도록 냉각조건이 조절될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접관 제조장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 냉각제 용기(32)는 높이가 조절될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접관 제조장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 냉각제 용기(32)는 덮개를 구비하며 이 덮개에 흡입펌프용 조인트(37)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접관 제조장치.
- 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용접부(9)와 트리거장치(13)사이 바람직하게는 냉각제 용기(11,32)와 트리거장치(13)사이에는 견인링(12)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접관 제조장치.
- 제6항 또는 제9항중 어느 한 항에 잇어서, 상기 용접장치(9)는 2개이상의 전극(9a,9b,9c)을 갖춘 WIG 용접장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접관 제조장치.
- 금속관을 갖는 광케이블을 제조하기 위해 제1항내지 제5항에 따른 방법을 이용하는데 있어서 금속관의 직경대 벽두께 비율은 5내지 30인것을 특징으로 하는 용접관 이용방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 금속관은 알루미늄 또는 구리 또는 이들의 합금으로 이루지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블용 용접관 이용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
