제1도는 다축 자동선반의 기본원리도이고,
제2도는 일곱 스핀들을 가진 자동선반의 제1실시예의 정면도이고,
제3도는 제2도에 의한 자동선반의 측면도이고,
제4도는 두 작업사이클의 경우 스핀들 캐리지의 박자식 전진과 후진의 표시에 따른 일곱 스핀들을 가진 자동선반의 작용방법의 예시도이고,
제5도는 다섯스핀들과 가공스테이션이 경사배열된 자동선반의 제2실시예의 정면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 박자식으로 서로서로 이동될 수 있는 공작물 스핀들(10)을 가진 차례차례의 가공스테이션과 공구스테이션에서 공작물을 제작하며, 거기에 있어 공작물 스핀들(10)의 수(n)는 공구스테이션의 수(n)와 같은 다축 자동선반에 있어서, 일정수의 기본공구스테이션(1 내지 n)에 추가하여 다시 추가 공구스테이션(2 내지 n)으로서 첫째 공구스테이션을 제외한 각 기본공구스테이션이 배치되어 있고 상기 추가 공구스테이션은 기본공구스테이션(1 내지 n)앞에 동일한 가공순서로 배치되고, 그리하여 공작스테이션의 총수 N=2n-1이 되며, 가공은 각 공작물이 공구스테이션에서의 각 가공후 박자식으로 직선적으로 다음 스테이션에 이동되고 n-1 이송단계 및 연이은 역진 또는 두 이송단계에서의 역전후 그의 출발가공스테이션에 도달하며, 또한 공작물에 대한 장전 및 방출장치가 적어도 한 공구스테이션에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다축 자동선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공작물용 장전 및 방출장치는 공구스테이션(1)에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동선반.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스핀들(10) 또는 가공스테이션(N)은 공기식 또는 전기식 구동기가 장착된 캐리지(19,13,16)위에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동선반.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 각 스핀들(10)을 위해 연속적 회전속도 제어기가 부착된 별도의 구동기, 바람직하기는 전기모우터식 구동기가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동선반,
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 스핀들(10)이 공통의 스핀들헤드(18)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동선반.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 각각의 공구스테이션(1 내지 n; 2내지 n)의 공구(12,15)가 공작물의 전체 주위구역 및 전면에 걸쳐 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동선반.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 척 작업용 자동선반(11)으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동선반.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 봉제작업용 자동선반(11)으로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동선반.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
