제1도는 본 발명의 일예로서, 세라믹 단섬유의 서로엉킨 부피의 밀도가 약 0.05g/㎤인 분석용 여과조제(助制)의 외관사진을 표시한 것임.
제2도는 제1도와 같은 분석용 여과조제로부터 형성된 여과층의 외관사진을 표시한 것임.

Claims (7)

  1. 세라믹 단섬유가 서로 엉킨 부피의 밀도 약 0.02내지 0.18g/㎤를 가진 분석용 여과제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 단섬유가 서로 엉킨 적은 덩어리가 함유되어 있는 분석용 여과조제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹 섬유가 길이 약 3mm 이하인 분석용 여과조제.
  4. 세라믹 장섬유를 물속에서 절단하여, 얻어진 단섬유를 탈수해소 덩어리형으로 하고, 이것을 적은 덩어리로 풀어서 건조 또는 열건조처리함을 특징으로하는 단섬유가 서로엉킨 부피의 밀도 약 0.02 내지 0.18g/㎤를 가진 분석용 여과조제의 제조방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 열건조는 400내지 800℃에서 선정된 온도에서 태워서 재로 처리하는 것을 특징으로하는 분석용 여과조제의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 세라믹 단섬유가 서로엉킨 작은 덩어리로 함유되어 있는 분석용 여과조제의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 세라믹 단섬유가 길이 약 3mm이하인 분석용 여과조제의 제조방법.
