제 3도는 외부 수단을 작동하기 위해 구동마그네트와 러너를 구비한 피스톤의 단면도.
제 4도는 피스톤 러너 벨트에 적합한 형태의 단면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 피스톤 공간을 형성하는 실린더 배럴과 이 실린더 배럴의 주위 베어링 표면에 의해 지지작용을 하도록 상기 배럴의 축방향으로 이동하는 피스콘을 포함하며, 상기 피스톤은 피스톤길이 일부를 따라 동축 배치되어 있는 적어도 하나의 환형 러너벨트를 포함하여, 상기 벨트는 피스톤을 지지하도록 미끄럼 끼워맞춤되도록 배럴의 내부 베어링 표면과 접촉하게 하는 방사상 외부로 면한 표면을 갖고 있으며 상기 벨트의 내향 표면의 피스톤의 외주면에 지지되어 있고 이 외주면은 배럴의 베어링 표면과 이격되어 있으며, 상기 벨트는 또한 피스톤의 그루우브형 주위 리세스에 끼워 맞춤되는 내향리테이너 스퍼를 구비하며, 상기 벨트는 판성 특성을 갖는 재료로 만들어지고 그 주위의 한 위치에서 중단되어 있어서 벨트의 끼워 맞춤된 상태에서 끼워 맞춤속적으로 개방될수 있는 폐쇄된 중단부가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중단부는 슬롯 형태인것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 슬롯은 직선형이고 축방향과 원주방향으로 비스듬하게 배열된것을 특징으로하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 베어링 표면을 형성하는 외부로 굽은 벨트 표면은 윤활제를 수용하기 위한 적어도 하나의 함몰부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스콘 및 실린더 유니트.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 함몰부는 벨트의 모든 원주변을 따라 뻗는 홈의 형태인것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 러너벨트는 플라스틱인것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 러너벨트는 30%의 탄소섬유와 15%의 PTFE와 잔류량의 폴리아미드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 피스톤의 길이 방향으로 측정된 주변홈의 폭은 리테이너 스퍼의 폭보다 커서 리테이너 스퍼는 홈속에서 축방향으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원주변 홈의 깊이는 리테이너스퍼의 높이보다 큰 것을 특징으로하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은 비원형 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  11. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 러너벨트의 원주변으로 뻗는 러테이너스퍼는 구동마그네트가 설치되고 벨트에 의하여 덮여있는 피스톤속의 리세스에 반대방향의 한점에서 절단부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  12. 제 1항에 있어서, 피스톤의 단부사이의 중간에 위치한 단일 러너벨트로 구성되고, 축방향에서 보는 것처럼 벨트의 양측에 피스톤 부분의 원주 외부표면은 바렐의 베어링 표면과 반대방향으로 이격된것을 특징으로하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
  13. 제 1항에 있어서, 피스톤 단부사이의 중간에 위치한 단일의 러너벨트로 구성되고, 축방향에서 본것처럼 벨트의 양측에 피스톤부분의 원주 외부표면은 바렐의 베어링 표면의 반대 방향으로 이격되고, 벨트의 한쪽측면에 있는 표면은 바렐베어링 표면과 밀봉 접촉하는 밀봉링이 제공되고, 상기 벨트는 벨트의 원주방향의 45°각에서 슬롯에 의하여 전 원주변을 따라 뻗는 두 개의 홈을 갖고, 상기 리테이너 스퍼는 사익 리세스속에는 1/10mm의 벨트의 축방향 작용을 허용하는 틈새를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 및 실린더 유니트.
