Description
ピストン及びシリンダチューブがそれぞれ断面矩形状に形成され、ピストンには、シリンダチューブの内壁面に摺接するウェアリングを有し、ウェアリングにマグネットが内蔵されると共に、カバー部材には、その長手方向端面に形成される第1ボルト孔と、長手方向端面と直交する上面に形成された第2ボルト孔と、上面と直交する側面に形成された第3ボルト孔とを備え、第1ボルト孔が第3ボルト孔の一部と交差するように形成され、第1〜第3ボルト孔に対して締結ボルトが選択的に挿通され他部材に対して固定されることを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 内部にシリンダ室を有した筒状のシリンダチューブと、前記シリンダチューブの両端部に装着される一組のカバー部材と、前記シリンダ室に沿って変位自在に設けられるピストンと、前記ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドとを有する流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ピストン及び前記シリンダチューブがそれぞれ断面矩形状に形成され、前記ピストンには、前記シリンダチューブの内壁面に摺接するウェアリングを有し、前記ウェアリングにマグネットが内蔵されると共に、前記カバー部材には、その長手方向端面に形成される第1ボルト孔と、前記長手方向端面と直交する上面に形成された第2ボルト孔と、前記上面と直交する側面に形成された第3ボルト孔とを備え、前記第1ボルト孔が前記第3ボルト孔の一部と交差するように形成され、前記第1〜第3ボルト孔に対して締結ボルトが選択的に挿通され他部材に対して固定されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
