Claims (12)
- 열가소성 폴리머 성분 및 균일하게 분산된 섬유보강 성분으로 이루어진, 완제품으로 가열변형 할 수 있는 시트형태의 반제품에 있어서, 보강 성분이 4 내지 50mm길이의 섬유로 구성되고, 폴리머 성분의 10 내지 100%는 용융지수 20g/10분 이상인 폴리머 성분의 잔여성분과 균일하게 혼합되거나, 또는 상기 폴리머 성분으로 구성되는 고용융지수 폴리머 입자 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융지수가 적어도 40g/10분, 바람직하기는 적어도 100g/10분, 그리고 더욱 바람직하기는 적어도 150g/10분인 반제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고용융지수 폴리머는 폴리머 성분의 용융지수가 150g/10분 이상, 바람직하기는 200g/10분 이상, 그리고 더욱 바람직하기는 적어도 400g/10분이 되는 용융지수를 가질 수 있는 양으로 존재하는 반제품.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용융지수가 높은 폴리머가 호모폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 반제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리머 성분이 100% 호모폴리프로필렌이거나 또는 용융지수가 높은 호모폴리프로필렌 및 용융지수가 높은 다른 호모폴리프로필렌과 용융지수가 낮은 다른 호모폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 반제품.
- 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 6 내지 30mm길이를 갖는 반제품.
- 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 15 내지 60중량%, 바람직하기는 20 내지 40중량%로 이루어진 반제품.
- 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 아스펙트비 적어도 300, 바람직하기는 적어도 600을 갖는 반제품.
- 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 유리섬유인 반제품.
- 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 균일하게 분산된 보강섬유 및 폴리머 입자와 임의의 공정 보조제와의 수용성 슬러리를 형성시키고, 이 슬러리를 매쉬상에 얇은층으로 펴놓은 후층을 배수하고 건조하는 것으로 이루어진 습식 방법으로 제조할 경우 유도된 반제품에 형성되는 반제품.
- 상기항중 어느 한항에 따른 반제품, 또는 상기한 둘이상의 반제품으로 된 라미네이트를 이들이 융합하도록 폴리머의 성분의 적어도 융점 온도를 가열하고 원하는 형상의 물품의 제조되도록 이 일 유체물질을 압축 성형하는 것으로 이루어지는 성형품의 형성방법.
- 보강섬유가 전체에 분산된 연속 메트릭스로 폴리머성분이 융합되기에 충분한 온도에서 평판사이에서 개별적으로 또는 라미네이트로서 열-프레스한 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 따른 반제품 하나 이상으로 이루어지고, 성형품을 형성시키기위한 압출 성형에 적합한 블랭크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
