Claims (8)

  1. 구조식(I) 화합물을 혼합용매 존재하에 반응시켜 구조식(II)의 화합물을 제조하는 제1공정. 구조식(II)의 화합물을 트리플루오르아세트산 존재하에 반응시켜 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 제조하는 제2공정 및 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 고리화하는 제3공정으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 구조식(IV)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 제1공정에서 혼합용매로 벤젠, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌에 대해 디에틸에테르, 석유에테르 또는 리그로인을 부피비로 90∼60 : 10∼40비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항의 제2공정에 있어서, 클로로포름 또는 디클로로메탄 용매존재하에 트리플루오르아세트산과 트리에틸실란으로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항의 제2공정에 있어서, 용매량의 트리플루오르아세트산과 트리에틸실란으로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항의 제2공정에 있어서, -10℃ 내지 60℃의 반응온도에서 진행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항의 제2공정에 있어서 순수화합물을 얻고자할 경우 황산마그네슘, 황산칼슘 또는 황산나트륨 중에서 단독 또는 2가지 이상 혼합하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항의 제2공정에 있어서, 반응속도를 빠르게 하고자 할 경우 보론트리플루오르 에테레이트를 촉매량 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항의 제3공정에 있어서, 벤젠, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌 용매와 함께 폴리인산을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-(4'-브로모비페닐-4-일)테트랄린-1-온의 제조방법.
