Claims (1)

  1. a. 구조식(Ⅱ)의 5-클로로-1-페닐-1H-피라졸-4-카복실산 에스테르를 극성, 비양성자성 용매 약 600ml -약1중, 약 70-150℃범위 온도에서 5-클로로-1-페닐-1H-피라졸-4-카복실산 에스테르 그람-몰당 약 2.0-약 3.0당량의 소디움 시아나이드와 반응시키고,
    b. 반응혼합물에 약 2.0-약 15.0몰 당량의 메틸아민을 첨가하여, 약 20-약 40℃범위의 온도에서 혼합물을 교반한 후 최종 생성물을 분리하여 다음 구조식 (Ⅰ)의 5-시아노-1-페닐-N-메틸-1H-피라졸-4-카복사마이드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 C1-C6알콕시이다.
