Claims (6)
- 고 파단에너지를 갖는 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체의 연신 성형체를 제조함에 있어서, (a)적어도 5dl/g 고유점도[]를 가지는 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체의 15내지 80중량부와 85내지 20중량부의 희석제를 함유하며 그-올렌핀은 적어도 4탄소원자를 가지는 것으로서 0.2내지 5몰 %로 함유되는, 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체를 성형 다이의 노즐로부터, 유동상태로 두우프를 유지하기에 충분한 온도에서 압출시키며, (b) 그 압출물을 적어도 3의 드래프트 비율로 테이크 업(take up)하며, 그테이크-업 조작중 또는 그 후에 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체를 결정화하여 예비 연신된 배향체를 만들고, (c) 예비 연신된 배향체를 적어도 3의 연신률로 연신시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법,
- 제 1항에 있어서, 그 연신 성형체가 적어도 80 J/g의 파단 에너지와 파단시 적어도 6%의 신장률을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는, 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체의 연신 성형체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체의 고유 점도가 7 내지 30dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체의 연신 성형체의 제조방법.
- 적어도 5dl/g의 고유 점도[]을 가지며, 적어도 4탄소원자를 갖는-올레핀을 0.2내지 5몰%로 함유하며, 그 연신 성형체의 배향 정도는X-레이 회절 분석법의 1/2넓이의 배향 정도를 측정한 바에 의하면 적어도 0.93이며 그 연신 성형체의 파단 에너지는 스트레인-스트레인 커브에서 파단점가지의 통합 값으로 측정한 바에 의하면 적어도 80 J/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 초 고분자량 에틸렌/0올레핀 공중합체의 연신 성형체.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 적어도 2.0GPa의 인장 강도와, 파단시 적어도 6%의 신장률을 갖는 연신 성형체
- 제 4항에 있어서, 그 연신 성형체가 그 측정이 차동 스케닝 칼로리미터에 의해 제한된 상태에서 수행될때 적어도 2개의 결정 용융 흡열 피이크를 가지며, 그 연신 성형체는 이차 온도 상승시 주요 용융 흡열 피이크로 측정된 초 고분자량 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체의 고유 결정 용융 온도(Tm) 보다 적어도 20℃가 높은 적어도 하나의 결정 용융 흡열 피이크(Tp)를 가지며, 이 결정 용융 흡열 피이크(Tp)에 근거한 가열량이 총 용융 가열량의 적어도 15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 성형체.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
