제3도는 전압조절용 제어회로의 기능블록도를 포함하고 고주파수에서 회로 부품의 수를 줄이기 위해 부속 기생소자를 사용하는 전원 변환기의 회로도.
Claims (9)
- 실제로 정현파 신호를 발생시키는 인버터회로를 가진 전원 변환기용으로 인버터와 전원 정류 회로간의 에너지 전달이 제한된 조절주파수 범위내에서 있는 단일 주파수에서 이루어지는 전원 정류 회로로써, 실제로 정현파 신호를 수신하는 입력과 부하를 공급하는 출력, 및 입력과 출력의 내부에 위치한 정류 다이오드를 구비한 전원 정류회로에 있어서, 입력에서 제1유도성 리액턴스(354)와, 입력에서 제1용량성 리액턴스(330) 및, 정류회로내에 제2유도성 리액턴스(357 및 358)정류회로내에 정류 다이오드의 부속 커패시턴스를 포함하는 제2용량성 리액턴스를 가지며, 제1 및 제2유도성 리액턴스와 제1 및 제2용량성 리액턴tm 입력과 출력 사이에서 LC 임피던스 변환을 제공하기 위해 선택되어 이러한 입력에서 임피던스의 저항성분은 출력에서 부하저항에, 역으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력이 변압기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 변압기의 자화인덕턴스를 포함하는 제1유도성 리액턴스를 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 변압기의 누설 인덕턴스를 포함하는 제2유도성 리액턴스를 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1유도성 리액턴스는 변압기의 자화 인덕턴스를 포함하며, 제2유도성 리액턴스는 변압기의 누설 인덕턴스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정류 다이오드를 분로시키는 분리 커퍼시터를 포함하는 제2용량성 리액턴스를 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2정류 다이오드가 유의 부속 커패시턴스를 포함하며 제1정류 다이오드에 교대로 전도되도록 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실제로 DC출력을 얻기 위해 정류된 신호를 여파시키는 수단을 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정현파 신호의 제한된 조절 주파수 범위를 일괄하기 위하여 제1 및 제2주파수 응답극을 얻도록 동조된 제1 및 제2용량성 리액턴스와 제1 및 제2유도성 리액턴스를 가니며, 입력에서 임피던스의 저항성분이 제한된 조절주파수 범위내에서 정현파 신호의 주파수 변화에 실제로 불변화하도록 조절되는 특성의 회로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진 정류기회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
