Claims (3)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 산과의 그의 부과염.
    (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서 R은 벤질, 벤조일, 3-클로로벤조일, 3-메틸벤조일 또는 (C1-C6알콕시)카르보닐기를 나타낸다.
  2. 3,4-디히드로벤조푸로[2,3-c]피리딘을 먼저 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 메탄올과 같은 저급지방족알코올형의 용매에서 수소화붕소나트륨과 같은 알칼리금속 수소화붕소화물에 의해 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로벤조푸로[2,3-c]피리딘으로 환원시킨다음, -R이 벤질기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 위해서는, 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로벤조푸로[2,3-c]피리딘을 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 N,N-디메틸아닐린과 같은 염기의 존재하에 디클로로메탄과 같은 바활성용매에서 1-벤질-4-피페리딘카르복실산염화물(해당산과 염화티오닐 또는 어떤 다름 대등한 약품에 의해 인시튜 제조됨)과 반응시킨 다음 이로써 얻은 2-[(1-벤질-4-피페리딜)카르보닐]-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로벤조푸로[2,3-c]피리딘을 20 내지 100℃의 온도에서, 디에틸에테르, 테트라히드로푸란, 또는 디옥산과 같은 에테르성 용매에서 디보란 또는 보란/황화메틸착제와 같은 단순 또는 착체 수소화붕소, 또는 수소화알루미늄 리튬에 의해 환원시키거나, 또는 다르게는 -R이 벤조일, 3-클로로벤조일, 3-메틸벤조일 또는 (C1-C6알콕시)카르보닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 위해서, 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로벤조푸로[2,3-c]피리딘을 20 내지 150℃의 온도에서 디메틸포름아미드 또는 크실렌과 같은 비활성 용매의 부재, 아니면 존재하와 임의적으로 3차아민과 같은 유기염기 또는 알칼리금속 탄산염 또는 탄산수소염과 같은 무기염기의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅵ)
    (Ⅵ)
    (상기식에서 Tos는 토실기를 나타내고, R은 벤조일, 3-클로로벤조일, 3-메틸벤조일 또는 (C1-C6알콕시) 카르보닐기를 나타낸다)의 토실레이트와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따르는 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 따르는 화합물을, 적합한 부형제와 조합하여 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학조성물.
