Claims (12)
- 하기식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 하기식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 염기 존재하에 반응시키는 제1단계, 및 상기 제1단계의 반응 혼합물내의 반응생성물에 하기식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및 산을 무수조건하에 작용시키는 제2단계로 구성되는 하기식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 화합물 또는 그의 염의 제조방법.[상기식들중, O는 임의 치환이 가능한 다리목위치에 질소원자를 갖는 축합 헤테로시클릭기이고; R1및 R2는 각각 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 할로겐이며; Y1은 할로겐 또는 -OY2이고; Y2는 알킬기 또는 페닐이며; 및 Z는 CH 또는 N이다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, 식중 O가 하기식을 갖는 기인 방법.[식중, 고리ⓐ는 1-3개의 질소원자를 함유하는 5-원 헤테로시클릭 고리이고, 고리ⓑ는 1 또는 2개의 질소원자를 함유하는 6-원 헤테로시클릭 고리 또는 1 또는 2개의 질소원자 및 일- 또는 이산화 가능한 1개의 황원자를 함유하는 5-원 헤테로시클릭 고리이며, 및 고리ⓐ및 ⓑ는 각각 히드록시, 아미노, 시아노, 술파모일, 술파모일옥시, 메르캅토, 니트로, 할로겐, 유기 잔기 또는 술포기로 치환될 수도 있고, 치환기의 수는 1내지 3개이다.]

- 제1항에 있어서, 식중 유기 잔기가 탄화수소 잔기, 헤테로시클릭기, 유기 카르복실산으로부터 유래된 아실기, 식-T-Oo의 기 (식중, Oo는 탄화수소 잔기, 헤테로시클릭기 또는 유기 카르복실산으로부터 유래된 아실기이고, 및 R는 O,S-(O)n 또는 S-S이며, n은 0,1또는 2이다), 식의 기(식중, O1은 수소, 탄화수소 잔기 또는 유기 카르복실산으로부터 유래된 아실기이고, 및 O2는 탄화수소 잔기 또는 유기 카르복실산으로부터 유래된 아실기이다), 식의 기(식중, O1및 O2는 상기 정의한 바와같다), 카르바모일, 카르바모일옥시, 우레이도, 티오카르바모일, 카르복실 또는 식 -O-SO2-O2의 기(식중, O2는 상기 정의한 바와같다)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-(2-클로로이미다조-[1,2-a]피리딘-3-일술포닐)-N′(4,6-디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)우레아가 제조되는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, N-(2-메틸이미다조-[2,1-b]티아졸-5-일술포닐)-N′-(4,6-디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)우레아가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-(2-클로로-6-메톡시이미다조-[1,2-b]피리다진-3-일술포닐)-N′-(4,6-디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)우레아가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-(2-클로로-6-에톡시이미다조-[1,2-b]피리다진-3-일술포닐)-N′-(4,6-디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)우레아가 제조되는 방법.
