개피떡의 성형장치

본 고안은 반죽한 떡가루를 얇게 밀어만든 포피(包皮) 내에 팥이나 콩따위의 소를 넣고 반달형으로 성형시키기위한 개피떡의 성형장치에 관한 것으로서, 콘베이어에 실려 연속진행하는 포피를 두겹으로 절첩시킴과 동시에 절첩부를 일정길이로 절단하여 단위편으로 성형시키고, 이 단위편을 다시 캇터에 의하여 반달형으로 연속절단할때에 캇터에 의한 콘베이어벨트의 손상을 방지하도록 하기위한 것이다.
종래 개피떡 성형장치로서는 본 출원인의 고안인 특허 제 20822호의 "개피떡의 성형방법 및 성형장치"(특허출원공고 제 85-1752호 참조)와 1984년 실용신안등록출원 제 4351호인 "개피떡의 절단장치" (공고번호 86-546호참조)가 고안된바 었으나, 이들은 로울러에서 압연되어 나오는 평면상의 포피편의 폭을 반으로 접는 것이었으므로, 포피편의 폭이 좁게 형성되는 경우에는 반으로 절첩시킨 폭이 급히 좁아져서 소가 완전히 절첩내부로 들어가지 못하게 되므로서 불량품 발생율이 높은 것이었으며, 포피편의 폭을 넓게 형성하려면 이에따른 로울러를 대형화 시켜야되는 등의 문제점이 있는 것이었고, 콘베이어벨트 위를 진행중인 포피편을 캇터에 의하여 절단하는 경우, 캇터의 진행속도와 콘베이어벨트의 진행속도와의 차이에 따라 캇터에 접촉된 콘베이어벨트면이 캇터와의 마찰로 인하여 손상되는 경우가 빈번한 것이었다.
본고안은 이와같은 종래의 결점을 제거하여 포피편의 절첩방향을 종래와는 달리 길이방향으로 절첩되게 하므로서 로울러에서 압연되어 나오는 포피편의 폭을 그대로 유지시키고, 캇터가 위치하는 콘베이어벨트의 하측에는 보조이동판을 장설하므로서 캇터에 압지된 콘베이어벨트가 순간적으로 캇터와 함께 진행하도록 하므로서, 벨트의 손상이 방지되도록한 것으로서, 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 및 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 본 고안의 성형장치는 콘베이어벨트(1)의 일측단부에 설치된 반죽공급통(2)으로부터 사출되어 나오는 떡반죽을 한쌍의 로울러(3)로서 압연하여 평면상의 포피편(4)을 콘베이어벨트(1)로 이송하면서 소(5)를 포피편(4) 위에 낙하시키고, 진행하는 포피편(4)의 선단부를 협지절단구(6)에 의하여 잡아 올리면서 소(5)가 내장된 상태로 포피편(4)을 길이방향으로 절첩시킨후 절첩된 부분만을 일정길이의 단위편(4')으로 절단하고, 다시 이 단위편(4')을 캇터(7)에 의해 반달형으로 절단하도록 설치되는 것으로서 제2도에 도시한바와 같이 협지절단구(6)는 하단부에 일정간격으로 다수의 협지편(8)이 경사지게 돌출되어 있고, 협지편(8)의 후방에는 절단도(9)가 착설되어 있으며, 절단도(9) 후면에는 압지봉(10)이 수평방향으로 돌출되어 있다.
상기한 협지절단구(6)와 캇터(7)는 다같이 작동판(11)에 고정되어 있으며, 작동판(1)에는 2개의 캠축(12)(12')이 관통되게 착설되어 있고, 캠축(12)(12')은 크랭크판(13)(13')에 축착되어 크랭크핀과 같은 운동을 하도록 구성되어 있다.
또한 협지절단구(6)와 캇터(7)의 직하부에 해당하는 콘베이어벨트(1)의 하측에는 양측이 스프링(14)(14')으로 탄지되고, 저면에 바퀴(15)가 착설된 보조이동판(16)이 받침대(17)의 요입부(18) 내에 설치되어 있으며 콘베이이벨트(1)의 저면이 보조이동판(16) 상면과 접촉하면서 진행되도록 구성되어 있다.
이와같이 구성된 본고안은 제3도(a)에 도시한 바와 같이 크랭크판(13)(13')의 회전에 따라 협지절단구(6)와 캇터(7)가 하강한 상태에서는 캇터(7)는 단위편(4')을 반달형으로 절단하게되는 것이고, 협지절단구(6)는 절단도(9)에 의하여 포피편(4)을 단위편(4')으로 절단함과 동시에 다수의 협지편(8)은 포피편(4)을 압하하면서 각협지편(8) 사이로 포피편(4)이 충전되므로서 협지절단구(6)가 상승할때 제3도 (b)에 도시한 바와같이 포피편⑷이 협지편(8) 사이에 물린채로 따라올라 오게되는 것이다.
이때, 콘베이어벨트(1)는 계속 진행하고 있는 것이므로 절단완료된 반달형 개피떡과 단위편(4')은 캇터(6)와 협지절단구(7)에서 분리되어 진행하게되는 것이고, 선단부가 협지절단구(6)에 부착된 포피편(4)도 계속 진행하면서 제3도(b)에 도시한 바와 같이 포피편(4) 이 깊이방향으로 절곡되는 것이다. 따라서 포피편(4) 이 일정길이로 절곡된 상태에시 다시 작동판(11)이 하강하게되면 제3도 (a)에 도시한바와 같은 절단작용을 반복하게 되는 것이다
캇터(7)와 협지절단구(6)가 하강하여 절단성형시에는 순간적으로 콘베이어벨트(1)를 압하하게되고, 캇터(7)와 협지절단구(6)가 콘베이어벨트(1)와 압접된 상태에서 크랑크판(13) (13')의 고속회전에 따라 콘베이어벨트(1)의 진행속도보다 빠른 속도로 진행하게되므로 상호간에 마찰이 발생하게되고, 이에따라 벨트가 쉽게 손상되는것이나, 본고안에서는 콘베이어벨트(1) 하측에 보조이동판(16)이 장설되어 있는 것이어서, 캇터(7)와 협지절단구(6) 가 보조이동판(16) 상의 벨트를 압하하면서 빠른속도로 순간이동할 때에는 보조이동판(16) 역시 캇더(7)에 압착된 상태를 유지한채 이동하게 되므로서 결국 캇터(7) 또는 협지 절단구(6)와 콘베이어벨트(1) 사이에는 마찰현상이 발생하지 않게되는 것이고, 이에따라 콘베이어벨트의 손상을 방지할 수 있게되는 것이다.
이와같이 본고안은 보조이동판(16)의 설치로서 콘베이어벨트(1)의 손상을 방지하게되는 작용효과를 나타내는 것이다.

  1. 로울러(3)에서 압연된 포피편(4)을 협지절단구(⒤가 함께 착설된 캇터 (7)에 의하여 길이방향으로 절첩절단하도록 구성시킴에 있어서, 캇터(7) 및 협지절단구(6)의 하방에 해당하는 콘베이어벨트(1) 하측에는 양측이 스프링(14)(14')으로 탄지되고 저면에 바퀴(15)가 착설된 보조이동판(16)을 설치하여서된 개피떡 성형장치.
