Claims (7)
- 적어도 2개의 전극간을 도전성물질을 함유하는 수지재료로 되며, 피 검지액체에서 기화한 기체의 도래에 의하여서 인피던스 변화를 가져오는 가스 감응부재에서 이어지게 하여서 되는 기화성액 검지소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기화성액 검지소자(1)에 가스 감응부재의 도전성 물질이 탄소분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성액 검지소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기화성액 검지소자(1)에 수지재료가 미소성 4불화에티렌수지 성형물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성액 검지소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기화성액 검지소자(1)에 수지재료가 불완전소성 4불화에티렌수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성액 검지소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기화성액 검지소자(1)에 수지재료가 미소성 연신다공질 4불화에티렌수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성액 검지소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기화성액 검지소자(1)에 수지재료가 불완전소성 연신다공질 4불화에티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화성액 검지소자.
- 적어도 2개의 전극간을 도전성물질을 함유하는 수지재료로 되며, 피 검지액체에서 기화한 기체의 도래에 의하여서 인피던스 변화를 가져오는 가스 감응부재에서 이어지게 하여서 되는 검지소자(1)와, 이 검지소자(1)의 인피던스 변화를 인피던스의 관수로서 출력하는 측지수단(7)과, 이 측지수단(7)의 출력에 응동하여서 피 검지액체를 식별하는 식별수단(8)으로 되는 기화성액 판별장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
