제3도는 트랩(2)의 재생중에서부터 재생종료에 이르는 제어를 표시한 플로우챠아트.
Claims (6)
- 디이젤엔진의 배기통로에 전기히이터를 착설한 트랩과, 동 트랩을 바이패스하도록 상기 배기통로에 설치된 바이패스통로와, 동 바이패스통로에 착설되어 동 바이패스통로에 유입하는 배기가스량을 제어하는 제어밸브를 구비하고, 상기 전기히이터를 통과해서 승온된 배기가스에 의해 미립자를 착화 연소시키는 디이젤엔진의 배기미립자 정화장치에 있어서, 상기 트랩에 퇴적되는 미립자의 퇴적량을 검지하는 퇴적량 검지수단과, 상기 트랩의 상류쪽에 배설되어 동 트랩에 유입하는 배기가스의 온도를 계측하는 온도센서와, 상기 퇴적량 검지수단과 상기 온도센서로부터의 출력신호에 의거하여 상기 전기히이터에의 통전과 상기 제어밸브의 개폐작동을 제어하는 제어장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔지의 배기미립자 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랩내에 상기 미립자를 포집하는 미립자 포집재가 배설되고, 상기 퇴적량 검지수단이 상기 미립자 포집재의 앞쪽과 뒤쪽에 각각 장착된 압력센서로 형성되고, 상기 전기히이터에의 전류공급을 전용으로 행하는 교류발전기를 상기 전기히이터와 상기 제어장치와의 사이에 개장하고, 또 상기 제어장치에 의해 상기 교류발전기의 피일드코일에 대한 전류공급을 제어하게하고, 상기 피일드코일에 전류가 공급되었을 때, 상기 교류발전기로 발전된 전류가 상기 전기히이터에 통전되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔지의 배기미립자 정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치가, 상기 양압력센서로부터의 출력신호를 근거로 상기 미립자 포집재의 재생시기를 판단하는 재생시기 판단수단과 상기 온도센서로부터의 출력신호를 근거를 배기가스온도가 소정온도 이상으로 되었는지 여부를 판단하는 제1온도 판단수단을 가지고, 상기 재생시기판단수단이 재생시기를 판단하고, 상기 제1온도 판단수단이 상기 소정온도이상을 판단하였을 때, 상기 발전 전류가 상기 전기히이터에 통전되는 동시에 상기 제어밸브를 개방 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기미립자 정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치가, 상기 전기히이터를 통전시키는 동시에 상기 제어밸브를 개방 작동 시킨후에 소정시간 경과하였는지 어떤지를 판단하는 제1소정시간 판단수단을 가지고, 동 제1소정시간 판단수단에 의해서 소정시간이 경과한 것을 판단된 후에, 상기 전기히이터에의 통전을 오프시키는 동시에 상기 제어밸브를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기미립자 정화장치.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치가, 상기 온도센서로부터의 출력신호를 근거로 배기가스 온도가 소정온도이하인지 여부를 판단하는 제2온도 판단수단고, 동제2온도 판단수단으로 판단되는 소정온도이하의 온도상태가 소정시간 계속하였는지 여부를 판단하는 제2소정시간 판단수단을 가지고, 상기 전기히이터가 통전상태로부터 비통전상태로 절환된 후에 상기 제2소정시간 판단수단에 의해서 소정시간이 경과할 때까지 상기 제어밸브가 개방상태로 유지되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기미립자 정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브가 상기 바이패스통로내의 1개소에 착설되고, 통상운전시에는 완전개방으로하고, 상기 전기히이터에의 통전과 동시에 미리 설정된 소정개방도로 개방작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기미립자 정화장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
