발효즙 또는 여과된 발효즙을 물과 혼화되지 않는 용매로 추출하고, 그 추출액을 증발시켜 조제생성물을 침전시킨후, 이 조세생성물을 실리카겔 흡착제로 채워진 칼럼에서 용출제로서 포름산을 함유한 클로로포름과 메탄올의 혼액을 사용하여 크로마토그라피에 의해 정제하고, 다우로루비신을 함유한 분획물을 증발시키되 필요에 따라 제품을 재결정시킴을 특징으로 하는 의약용으로 적합한 순도의 다우노루비신 염산염의 회수 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 클로로포름과 메탄올의 혼액은 0.2-2용량%의 포름산을 함유하는 클로로포름과 메탄올이 80:20-90:10의 용량비로 혼합된 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
