적설초에서 게닌성분 및 아시아티코사이드의 분리방법

제1도는 본발명에 따른 게닌성분 및 아시아티코사이드의 분리·회수하는 공정도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 적설초를 메탄올 또는 에탄올-물의 혼합물(1 : 1의 중량비)로 이루어진 단일용매를 사용하여 연속적 추출방법으로 추출시킨후, 이를 음이온 교환수지컬럼을 통과시켜서 게닌부분은 흡착시키고 용출된 용액은 농축시켜서 아시아티코사이드를 분리해내고, 그 다음으로 다시 게닌이 흡착된 상기 음이온 교환수지 컬럼에 메탄올성 또는 에탄올성 암모니아 수용액을 통과시켜서 게닌성분을 용출시킨다음, 이를 산을 이용하여 pH 5로 조절하고 결정화시켜서 게닌성분을 분리해내는 것을 특징으로하는 적설초로부터 게닌성분 및 아시아티코사이드르 분리·회수하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 게닌성분으로는 아시아틱산, 마데카식산 및 마다시아틱산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 연속적 추출방법에 의한 추출공정중에는 각 추출단계에 그 추출직전에 100℃로 가열될 질소 기류인 불활성기체를 이용하여 당분해효소를 분해시키는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용출한 용액을 진공증류하여 메탄올 또는 에탄올의 혼합물을 회수하여 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 메탄올성 또는 에탄올성 암모니아 수용액은 게닌성분을 용출시킨후 진공하에서 회수하여 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
