Claims (5)
- 식(1)에 해당하는 벤즈이미다졸 유도체 및 약학상 허용되는 산과의 그의 부가염 및 토오토머 형태의 화합물.상기식에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R2는 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 아세틸기를 나타내며, R3는 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 아세틸기를 나타내고, R4는 수소 또는 할로겐원자이다.
- 제1항에 따르는 화합물의 제조방법에 있어서,1. 화합물(II)을 시안아미드와 반응시키고 이것은 화합물(I) a(여기서 R1, R2및 R3의 각각은 수소원자임)를 가져오고, 원한다면, 이 화합물(I)a를 다음에 아세트산 무수물과 반응시켜 화합물(I)b(여기서 R1은 H이고 R2는 COCH3이며 R3는 H 또는 COCH3임)를 얻거나,2. 아니면 화합물(II)를 티오시안산칼륨 또는 메틸이소티오시아네이트와 먼저 반응시킨 다음 요오드화메틸과 반응시켜 화합물(III)(여기서, R3는 H 또는 CH3임)을 얻는데, 이것을 암모니아와 반응시키거나 메틸아민과 반응시키거나 디메틸아민과 반응시켜, R1이 H 또는 CH3이고 R2가 H 또는 CH3이고 R1H 또는 CH3인 화합물(I)a를 얻는 다음, 원한다면, 이들 화합물(I)a중 한가지를 아세트산 무수물과 반응시켜 R1이 CH3이고, R2가 COCH3이며 R3가 H, CH3또는 COCH3이거나, R1이 CH3, R2가 H 또는 CH3, R3가 COCH3이거나, R1이 H, R2와 R3중 하나가 CH3이고 R3와 R3중 다른 하나는 COCH3인 화합물(I)b를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 명시된 것과 같은 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약.
- 어떤 적합한 부형제와 조합하여 제1항에 명시된 것과 같은 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학조성물.
- 제1항에 명시된 화합물의 합성중간체로서의 이용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
