Claims (6)

  1. 유효량의 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물, 이의 염 또는 이의 입체이성체와 일반식(II)의 설포닐우레아 화합물 또는 이의 염과의 배합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초제.
    상기 식에서,
    R1은 일반식
    또는의 헤테로
    사이클릭 라디칼을 나타내고, R2는 수소, 또는 (C1-C4)알콕시에 의해 치환될 수 있는 (C1-C4)알킬을 나타내거나, (C2-C4)알키닐을 나타내며, R3CL또는 CF3를 나타내고 R4H 또는 CL를 나타내며, R5F 또는 CL를 나타내고, R6는 일반식의 라디칼을 나타내거나, (C1-C4)알킬, 할로겐, 할로겐화된 (C1-C4)알콕시 또는 (C1-C4)알콕시카보닐에 의해 치환된 페닐, 또는 (C1-C4)-알콕시카보닐에 의해 치환된 티에닐을 나타내며, R7및R8은 서로 독립적으로 (C1-C4)알킬 또는 (C1-C4)알콕시를 나태내고, R9는 (C1-C4)알킬 또는 수소를 나타내며, R10은 (C1-C6), (C2-C6)알케닐 또는 (C2-C6)알키닐을 나타내거나, (C1-C4)알콕시 또는 (C1-C4)알콕시카보닐에 의해 치환된 (C1-C6)알킬을 나타내고, R11은 H, (C1-C6)알킬, (C2-C4)알케닐, (C2-C6)알키닐 또는 사이클로헥실을 나타내며, X는 CH 또는 N을 나타낸다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물로서 에틸 2(4-(6-클로로벤족사졸-2-일옥시)페녹시)프로피오네이트를 함유하는 제초제.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 활성물질로서, R6가 -NR11(SO2R10)을 나타내고, R7및R8이 CH3또는 OCH3를 나타내며, R10및R11이 (C1-C6)알킬을 나타내고 X가 CH를 나타내는 화합물;또는 메틸-3-[(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일아미노카보닐아미노설포닐]-2-티오펜카복실레이트, 메틸-2-[(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노사보닐아미노설포닐]벤조에이트, 2-클로로-N-((4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노카보닐)벤조설폰아미드, 2-(2-클로로에톡시)-N-((4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노카보닐)벤조설폰아미드, 메틸 2-((3-(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일(-3-메틸아미노카보실)아미노설포닐)벤조에이트 및 메틸 2-[(4,6-디메톡시피리미딘-2-일)아미노카보닐아미노설포닐메틸]벤조에이트로 이루어진 그룹중의 화합물을 함유하는 제초제.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 화합물에 대한 일반식(I) 화합물의 중량비가 15:1 내지 1:1인 제초제.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 화합물에 대한 일반식(I) 화합물의 중량비가 10:1 내지 5:1인 제초제.
  6. 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에서, 청구된 제초제의 유효량으로 유해한 식물 또는 재배지에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 유용한 농작물중의 유해한 식물을 구제하는 방법.
