Claims (7)

  1. 유전자를 이. 콜라이(E. coli) 및 메틸 영양 요구성 미생물 내에서 발현시키기 위한, 메틸로모나스 클라라(Methylomonas clara)의 천연 플라즈미드로부터 수득되는 프로모터 영역.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 특징적 구조로 a) 프로모터내의 -35 영역에 존재하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열 TTGGTT 또는 TTGCGT 또는 TTGGCT 또는 TTGTTC, b) -10 영역에 존재하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열 TATGTT 또는 TAAAAT 또는 TATGAT, 및 c) -35 영역과 -10 영역사이에 존재하는 염기쌍 15 내지 19개의 스페이서(spacer) 그룹 중의 하나 이상을 지니는 프로모터 영역.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 메틸로모나스 클라라 DSM2397의 플라즈미드 pBE3으로부터 수득되는 프로모터 영역.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표 1에 기재된 서열중 하나를 지니는 프로모터 벡터.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 프로모터 영역을 함유하는 하이브리드 벡터.
  6. 제5항에 청구된 하이브리드 벡터를 함유하는 이. 클라이 또는 메틸 영양 요구성 미생물.
  7. 제6항에 청구된 이. 콜라이 또는 메틸 영양 요구성 미생물에 의해 발현된 폴리펩타이드.
